Agrium (TSX: AGU) announced that Steve Dyer, Agrium’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been appointed to replace Richard Gearheard as Executive Vice President and President of Retail. Steve has held a broad range of positions in his 23 year career at Agrium including financial, distribution, Retail, business development, IT, and Wholesale manufacturing. Prior to his current role as Agrium’s CFO, Steve was West Region Manager for Crop Production Services (“CPS”).

TeraGo Inc. (TSX: TGO) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Joe Prodan as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Bosco Chan, who served as Interim CFO since May, will continue on as Vice President, Finance. Joe Prodan served as CFO of Mobilicity from 2009 to 2013. From 2005 to 2009, he was Vice President of Finance and CFO of SiriusXM Radio (formerly Sirius Canada). Prior to this, he was Director, Planning and Projects at ADP Canada from 2004 to 2005. From 1996 to 2003, he worked at Bell TV (formerly ExpressVu), where he began as Controller and then held Directorships of Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance, and Sales Operations.

IBI Group Inc. (TSX: IBG) announced the appointment of Stephen Taylor as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective the end of March, 2014. Mr. Taylor was most recently the CFO of blueballoon Health Services Inc. Before that, he was the CFO of CryptoLogic Limited, for six years. Before CryptoLogic, Mr. Taylor held a variety of roles in investment banking, corporate advisory, operations, corporate development, and financial oversight. Tony Long, IBI Group’s outgoing CFO, is departing to pursue other interests. Mr. Long will remain in place as CFO until the end of March, 2014, as part of a transition plan, after which Mr. Taylor will fully assume his new role.

Equitas Resources Corp. (TSX-V: EQT) announced that it has appointed Jody Bellefleur as CFO. Ms. Jody Bellefleur has been Chief Financial Officer of Zimtu Capital Corp. since June, 2013 and has been with the group since 2008. She was an accountant with a private manufacturing company for 12 years and more recently, has worked independently as an accountant for various publicly listed mineral exploration companies. Jay Roberge has resigned as President, CEO and CFO. He will remain with the Company on the Board of Directors.

Bluestone Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BSR) announced the appointment of Edward Low as Chief Financial Officer. His experience includes providing audit and accounting services with a chartered accounting firm and serving as a senior analyst with a private real estate and mezzanine lending company. Mr. Low’s latest experience includes providing financial reporting support services to both private and TSX Venture Exchange listed resource exploration companies.

Great Quest Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: GQ) announced the addition of Thomas Guillot to the executive team, in the role of Vice President of Corporate Development. Previously, Mr. Guillot held the role of Chief Financial Officer at NewGen Asset Management. Prior to his tenure at NewGen, he worked in frontier market development with non-governmental agencies in Mali and Peru.

Mongolia Growth Group Ltd. (TSX-V: YAK) announced that its CFO, Matthew Aiken, has tendered his resignation effective February 28th, 2014. Mr. Aiken is leaving to pursue other endeavors. Mr. Aiken has been with the Company since May 2011. Upon Mr. Aiken’s departure, the Board of Directors (“the Board”) plans to appoint the Company’s controller, Talha Siddiqui, as the interim CFO. Mr. Siddiqui has served as the Company’s controller since joining MGG in June 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Siddiqui, a qualified ACCA accountant, spent over 6 years at KPMG.

Camino Minerals Corporation (TSX-V: COR) announced that Peter de Visser, Camino’s current Chief Financial Officer, has resigned and that Alexander Cheong has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Cheong has worked alongside Peter de Visser for a number of years. He articled at DeVisser Gray LLP, an independent firm of Chartered Accountants founded by Mr. de Visser, and more recently as a consultant providing controller services to Camino.

Virtutone Networks Inc. (TSX-V: VFX) announced that Brent Johnston, who was recently appointed as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned for personal reasons. Colin Campbell, formerly the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, remains with the Company.

Enfield Exploration Corp. (CSE: EXP) announced that Justin Blanchet has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Blanchet is a partner in a consulting firm specializing in financial consultancy and executive outsourcing focused on the resource sector. Mr. Blanchet replaces Yana Silina who resigned as of January 31, 2014.
