Big Lots, Inc. (NYSE: BIG) [Columbus, OH] announced that Timothy Johnson was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Johnson has been with Big Lots for 15 years and held numerous roles with increasing responsibility culminating in his prior role of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.

National Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NYSE: NOV) [Houston, TX] announced that Jose Bayardo has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bayardo succeeds Scott Duff, Interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining National Oilwell Varco, Mr. Bayardo served as Senior Vice President, Resource and Business Development at Continental Resources, Inc. Prior to Continental, Mr. Bayardo spent nine years with Complete Production Services, Inc., serving in various roles, including the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Bayardo also served in several other roles at Complete, including Vice President – Corporate Development and Investor Relations, and Vice President of a subsidiary’s Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent operations. Prior to joining Complete Production Services, Mr. Bayardo was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan.

Ripple Labs [San Francisco, CA] announced it has appointed Bret Allenbach as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He is the former CFO of Payments and Risk for PayPal and VP of Finance at Visa. Prior to this, Allenbach held a number of other roles during his nine years with the company, including Senior Director of Global Risk Management, Senior Director of Global Risk Analytics, and Director of the Financial Services Group. Previously, he held a number of leadership positions with Visa during a seven-year tenure, including Vice President of Finance. He has also worked in finance related roles for World Savings and Loan Association, Federal Home Loan Bank of San David CarrollFrancisco, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

The Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles [Los Angeles, CA] announced the appointment of David Carroll as senior vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer. Carroll joins The Foundation from Playworks where he served as chief financial officer. Earlier, Carroll held the positions of chief financial officer and chief operating officer for the Community Foundation of Sonoma County for three years. He previously served as director of finance and operations for the California Association of Food Banks. Additionally, Carroll worked as research director for the California Budget Project and finance policy director for the California Association of Public Hospitals.

Allied Minds (LSE: ALM) [Boston, MA] announced that Joseph Pignato is joining its executive management team as Chief Financial Officer. After gaining experience in accounting at PKF Worldwide and Deloitte, Joe developed expertise in the effective deployment of venture capital for early stage companies during his tenure as CFO of Charles River Ventures; as General Partner, Chief Operating Officer and CFO of Prism Ventures; and as a Board Member of the Slater Technology Fund. Joe also served as Director of Finance at Lightbridge and as CFO at Swipely.

Four Oaks Fincorp, Inc. (OTC: FOFN) [Four Oaks, NC] announced Nancy Wise, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank, resigned from her positions. Deanna Hart, the Bank’s Senior Vice President and Controller since January 2014, will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank.

MobileIron (NASDAQ: MOBL) [Mountain View, CA] announced that Simon Biddiscombe has been named Chief Financial Officer. Simon has served as interim CFO since May 2015. Most recently he served as Chief Strategy Officer and previously as Interim Chief Financial Officer at ServiceSource International, Inc. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at QLogic Corp. and as Chief Financial Officer at Mindspeed Technologies.

Loomis, Sayles & Company L.P. announced the election of Paul Sherba, chief financial officer, to its Board of Directors. Paul joined Loomis Sayles in 1987 as assistant controller and was later promoted to controller, and more recently, treasurer. Paul was elevated to chief financial officer earlier this year when previous CFO Kevin Charleston was named president and chief executive officer.

ShopKeep [New York, NY] announced the appointment of John Baule as the company’s new CFO. Baule started his career with Peat Marwick and then spent nearly 10 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb. He was also COO and CFO for K12. Most recently, Baule helped to lead ChannelAdvisor through their successful IPO.

ICMA-RCICMA-RC [Washington, DC] announced the appointment of Michael Guarasci as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining ICMA-RC, Mr. Guarasci served as Chief Financial Officer of Infraredx, Inc. Prior appointments include Indus Capital Partners LLC, Bear Stearns Asset Management, and Credit Suisse’s U.S. Asset Management division where he held senior financial management roles.

Davita HealthCare Partners (NYSE: DVA) [St. Petersburg, FL] has named Lauren Edgington as chief financial officer (CFO) for HealthCare Partners’ Florida market. Edgington joins DaVita HealthCare Partners from Aetna, where she was regional chief financial officer. Prior to Aetna, Edgington was CFO of UnitedHealth Group’s New York plan. Earlier in her career, Edgington was an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Novitex [Stamford, CT] announced the appointment of Robert Rooney as Chief Financial Officer. Rooney comes to Novitex from Affinion Group, where he served for more than 10 years in various leadership positions, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior, Rooney held leadership roles at Sbarro Inc., Discovery Zone and Imagine Films Entertainment.

itBit [New York, NY] announced the appointment of Kim Petry as Chief Financial Officer. Petry joins itBit from her post as CFO of Global Operations and Technology at Broadridge Financial. Prior to that, she served as the CFO and Vice President of Global Commercial/Corporate Card Payment at American Express. She previously held top corporate finance positions at TIAA-CREF and US Trust Corporation/Schwab Corporation.

Community 1st Bank (OTC: CFBN) [Auburn, CA] announced that Kevin Watson has joined as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Watson’s banking career included service at Calnet Business Bank and Feather River State Bank, serving most of those years as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Watson served at North Valley Bank.

Aerohive Networks (NYSE: HIVE) [Sunnyvale, CA] announced that Gordon Brooks, the company’s CFO and senior vice president, has resigned and that John Ritchie has been appointed CFO and senior vice president. Ritchie’s career in finance has included his most recent role as the CFO of Telerik AD and public company CFO roles at Ubiquiti Networks, Electronics For Imaging and Splash Technology Holdings.

Continuum Analytics [Austin, TX] has announced Randy Russell as CFO. Previous roles include CFO of Haas Outdoors, SVP of Financial Services at ePartners, and founder/CEO of 121 Micro.

Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC [McLean, VA] announced Michael Bolton as the company’s new CFO. Prior to working at DISYS, he held senior financial and operational positions at American Traffic Solutions, ACS, Serco, and Dyncorp.

BrightStar Care [Chicago, IL] announced that Tom Lehr joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to BrightStar Care, Lehr was the CFO at Adventures in Advertising Corporation where he was responsible for all financial, legal, vendor relations, systems integration and operational management.

Drew Industries Incorporated (NYSE: DW) [Elkhart, IN] announced that David Smith will be joining the Company as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Joseph Giordano, who served in that role since 2008. Smith has served for the past ten years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Key Safety Systems, Inc. Prior to his tenure at KSS, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Key Plastics, LLC.

Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR) [Fremont, CA] announced the appointment of Corporate Controller Kenneth Spink as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance. He will succeed Gary Larson. Mr. Spink has served at Aehr Test for seven years. He was previously Corporate Accounting Manager at Applied Materials and began his career with accounting firm Deloitte.

The Motorsport Aftermarket Group [Irving, Texas] announced the addition of a new CFO, Rick Walters. Most recently he was CFO of Service King. Prior to Service King, Rick served as a Group CFO at Sun Capital Partners.

Cloud Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [Research Triangle Park, NC] announced the appointment of Lyle Lohmeyer as CFO. Previously, Lohmeyer held financial management positions with companies such as AAIPharma, Qualia Networks, Energy Conversion Systems Holdings, Abaco Mobile and NAVTEQ. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

AMERISAFE, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSF) [DeRidder, LA] appointed Neal Fuller as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2011 through 2013, Mr. Fuller was a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SeaBright Holdings, Inc. From 2010 through 2011, Mr. Fuller served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ICW Group. From 1988 through 2009, Mr. Fuller served in multiple leadership positions ending as Senior Vice President – Finance and Treasurer for Safeco Corporation.

Perseon Corporation (NASDAQ: PRSN) [Salt Lake City, UT] announced that Chief Financial Officer William Barth has advised the Company of his plans to retire.

SourceLink [Chicago, IL] announced the appointment of Don Lewis as Chief Financial Officer. Lewis joined SourceLink in the summer of 2013 as CFO of the SourceLink Carolina location, and has now moved into the Corporate CFO role. Prior to joining SourceLink, Lewis spent 10 years with KPMG serving in the Greenville, SC office and later in their executive offices in NY.

Atlas Energy Group, LLC (NYSE: ATLS) [Philadelphia, PA] announced the appointment of Jeffrey Slotterback as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Slotterback currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer of both Atlas companies, which has been his position since March 2011. In addition, Mr. Slotterback has served in senior financial management positions at Atlas and Atlas predecessor companies since May 2007. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Slotterback was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Touche, LLP, where he focused on energy and health care clients.

Bookit.com [Panama City Beach, FL] announced that Jack Fraser has left his role as CFO after only six months at the position.

Priority Health [Grand Rapids, MI] Michael Freed, president and CEO of the Company and Executive Vice President of Priority Health’s parent company, Spectrum Health, has announced that he plans to retire. Freed has led Priority Health as President and CEO since 2012 and has been a board member of the health plan since 1995. From 1995 through 2013, he also served as the Executive Vice President and CFO of the Spectrum Health System.

MGP Ingredients, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGPI) [Atchison, KS] announced that Tom Pigott will join the company as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Pigott’s most recent position was vice president of finance for the Meal Solutions Division of Kraft Foods Group. Between 1994 and 2009, he held a succession of CFO and other financial leadership positions across a wide number of Kraft operating divisions. From 2010 to 2012, Pigott was vice president of finance for Nestle Pizza Division.

Vince Holding Corp. (NYSE: VNCE) [New York, NY] reported that David Stefko assumed the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, a position previously held by Mark Brody. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stefko held the position of Group CFO at Sun Capital Partners. Prior to joining Sun Capital, he served as SVP, CFO & CAO of Things Remembered.

LeoNovus Inc. (TSX-V: LTV) [Sunnyvale, CA] announced its current board member, Dan Hilton, has been appointed as interim chief financial officer. David Belgum, the current CFO, is departing the Company.
