Unzicker was most recently vice president, chief accounting officer and treasurer of DeVry Group. He succeeds Timothy Wiggins who leaves DeVry Group after nearly 5 years as CFO. Unzicker has been with DeVry Group since 2006 and has held roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure.
Mackinac Financial Corporation [MANISTIQUE, MI] (NASDAQ: MFNC), the holding company for mBank, announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ernie R. Krueger, will be retiring. They have appointed mBank Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Retail Branch Banking, Marketing & Special Capital Projects, Jesse A. Deering, to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both Mackinac and mBank. Mr. Krueger has served as EVP & CFO of Mackinac and mBank since October, 2006. QBE North America [NEW YORK] announced that Richard Dziadzio, will leave his position as Chief Financial Officer. Dziadzio joined QBE North America in 2013.
Assurant, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: AIZ) announced the appointment of Richard S. Dziadzio to the role of chief financial officer and treasurer. Dziadzio joins Assurant from QBE North America where he most recently served as CFO. Dziadzio succeeds Christopher J. Pagano, who has served as CFO and treasurer since Aug. 2014 and will move into the newly created role of chief risk officer. Prior to QBE, Dziadzio served as CFO for ANV, a global specialty insurance company. From 1994 to 2012, he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility at AXA Group and was named CFO for AXA Equitable Life Insurance and AXA Financial in 2007.
Calysta, Inc. [MENLO PARK, Calif.] named Lynsey Wenger as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer. She joins Calysta following a 16-year career with The Goldman Sachs Group. Most recently, Ms. Wenger served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division. Previously, she served in the Americas Financing Group as Head of Investment Grade Power, Utility and Midstream Debt Capital Markets. Earlier in her career she held positions in Equity Derivative Sales in the United States and Australia.

Csapo succeeds Trent Carman who will be stepping down from his role of more than 12 years. Csapo most recently served as chief financial officer and treasurer at Accretive Health, Inc.
