Molson Coors Brewing Company [DENVER & MONTREAL] (NYSE: TAP; TSX: TPX) announced that Mauricio Restrepo, formerly the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Beam Suntory, Inc., has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer, Molson Coors. He replaces interim CFO David Heede. Prior to his time with Beam Suntory, Restrepo spent nine years with SABMiller in senior finance roles, first as CFO of SABMiller Latin America and later CFO of SABMiller Europe. He joined SABMiller in 2005 where he was Chief Financial Officer. Mauricio has also held commercial and finance leadership roles in the publishing, automotive and banking industries.

Visteon Corporation [VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich.] (NYSE: VC) announced that William M. Robertson, currently the company’s vice president and corporate controller, will serve as chief financial officer on an interim basis. Robertson, who has been with Visteon since 2000, will continue as corporate controller while serving as interim chief financial officer. His previous positions have included director, corporate finance for 12 years; manager, corporate finance; and operations manager. Before joining Visteon, Robertson served as vehicle operations controller for Ford Motor Co.

Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores [HUDSON, Ohio] is proud to announce Wade Miquelon as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Miquelon recently served as the executive vice president, CFO and president of international for Walgreen Company. Since working for Walgreens, Miquelon has served as founder and managing director of his own investment and advisory firm. Prior to working for Walgreens, Miquelon held the position of executive vice president and CFO at Tyson Foods, Inc. Before joining Tyson, Miquelon served in multiple roles of progressing responsibility at The Procter & Gamble Company.

ContraVir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [EDISON, N.J.] (NASDAQ: CTRV) announced the appointment of John Cavan as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cavan had served as the Company’s interim CFO since January 2016. Prior to joining ContraVir as interim CFO, Mr. Cavan was a consultant with The Pine Hill Group. Prior to his role with the Pine Hill Group, he served as Chief Accounting Officer at Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. Preceding his role at Stemline, Mr. Cavan was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He has also held financial positions within the healthcare industry at AlgoRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Alpharma. Mr. Cavan also served in Sony, American Express, International Specialty Products and Nestlé U.S.A. Mr. Cavan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vantage Health Systems.

Progress [BEDFORD, Mass.] (NASDAQ: PRGS) announced that Chris E. Perkins, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, has informed the company that he plans to retire after a transition period. Mr. Perkins joined Progress as its CFO in February 2013.

Unify Square [BELLEVUE, Wash.] announced the appointment of Charlie DiBona as Chief Financial Officer. DiBona joins Unify Square from Tresoro Ventures and TresoroLabs, where he served as a partner and executive director/portfolio CFO respectively. Prior to that, DiBona ran strategy and mergers and acquisitions for Microsoft’s Server and Tools Business. He also spent several years as CFO of the software startup, InfoRay.

iSheriff [REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.] announced it has added Eric Jenny to its executive team, as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining iSheriff, Jenny served as CFO for Place.

NetApp, Inc. [SUNNYVALE, CA] (NASDAQ: NTAP) announced the appointment of Ron Pasek as executive vice president, chief financial officer. Most recently, Pasek served as CFO of Altera Corporation. Prior to joining Altera, Pasek held several senior finance roles at Sun Microsystems. In 1990, he began a nearly 20-year career with Sun Microsystems, where he served in roles including vice president, Finance, Global Sales, and Service; and vice president and treasurer.

Las Vegas Sands [LAS VEGAS] (NYSE: LVS) announced that it has named Patrick Dumont as its chief financial officer. Mr. Dumont has served in operating and finance leadership positions since joining the company in June of 2010. Since July 2013, he has served as senior vice president of finance and strategy. Prior to joining LVS, Mr. Dumont worked in investment banking at Miller Buckfire and Bear Stearns.

Captain D’s [NASHVILLE, Tenn] announced Keith Davis has joined its executive team as chief financial officer. Davis has previous experience leading the financial and operational divisions of several national food service companies including Round Table Pizza, Beverly Enterprises, Landry’s Seafood Restaurant and Pizza Hut. Most recently, he served as the chief financial officer of Tavistock Restaurants.

JRjr33, Inc. (doing business as JRJR Networks) [DALLAS] (NYSE MKT: JRJR), has appointed Christopher L. Brooks as its Chief Financial Officer. He replaces John Rochon Jr., the company’s Vice Chairman, who had served as CFO for the past year. Mr. Brooks has been CFO with Assa Abloy Hospitality and Global Audio Visual; Vice President of Finance for Bank of America’s Home Loan Division as well as Corporate Controller for Transplace and Heartland Automotive Services. Mr. Brooks worked on or led projects at JRJR Networks as well as at Michaels Stores, The Golf Warehouse, Fannie Mae, Caris Life Sciences, 7-11 and Energy Future Holdings.

Career Education Corporation [SCHAUMBURG, Ill] (NASDAQ: CECO) announced the appointment of Andrew J. (A.J.) Cederoth as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cederoth will replace David A. Rawden of AlixPartners, who has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 1, 2015. Mr. Cederoth joins Career Education from Innova UEV, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of New Business Development. Prior to joining Innova, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Clover Technologies Group. He began his career in finance in 1990 at Navistar International Corporation. While at Navistar, Mr. Cederoth occupied various financial roles of increasing responsibility, culminating with his tenure as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2013.

Perforce Software [ALAMEDA, Calif.] announced the hiring of Mark Ties as chief financial officer. He brings 28 years of experience in finance roles including positions at Arcserve, HelpSystems LLC and XRS Corporation.

The Wet Seal, LLC [IRVINE, Calif.] announced that it has named Judd P. Tirnauer as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Judd served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Destination Maternity.

Destination Maternity Corporation [MOORESTOWN, N.J.] (NASDAQ: DEST) announced that Judd P. Tirnauer, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer will depart the Company.

Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NYSE: XHR) announced that Atish Shah will be joining the Company as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He joins Xenia from Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt”), where he served as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Investor Relations. He also served as Hyatt’s Interim Chief Financial Officer from April 2015 until March 2016. Prior to joining Hyatt in 2009, he served as Senior Vice President – Portfolio Management at Lowe Enterprises. From 1998 to 2007, Mr. Shah worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation (“Hilton”) in a variety of finance roles. Mr. Shah began his career in the hospitality consulting practice of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.

Medvation, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] (NASDAQ: MDVN) announced that Jennifer Jarrett will join Medivation as its new Chief Financial Officer. She replaces Richard A. Bierly. Ms. Jarrett joins Medivation from Citigroup, where she was Managing Director. Prior to Citigroup, Ms. Jarrett was a Managing Director in Credit Suisse’s Health Care Group.

HCP, Inc. [IRVINE, Calif] (NYSE: HCP) announced that Timothy Schoen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is leaving HCP to become President of BioMed Realty.

YOU On Demand Holdings, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: YOD) announced that Mei Chen is joining the Company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Chen has worked at several large multi-national companies during her career including Cisco, Nokia and most recently, Microsoft China.

Lantheus Holdings, Inc. [NORTH BILLERICA, Mass.] (NASDAQ: LNTH) announced the appointment of Jack Crowley as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Crowley previously served as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer since December 2015. He joined the Company in September 2010 as Director of Accounting. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in April 2013, to Chief Accounting Officer in March 2015 and to interim Chief Financial Officer in December 2015. Prior to joining Lantheus, Mr. Crowley served in the roles of Assistant Corporate Controller, and prior to that, Director of Finance at Biogen Idec. Mr. Crowley also previously served as Director of Accounting at Fisher Scientific International. Prior to Fisher, Mr. Crowley was a Senior Audit Manager in the Technology practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. [DENVER] (NYSE: BCEI) announced William J. Cassidy, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will be retiring from his position.

Huttig Building Products, Inc. [St. Louis, MO] announced the resignation of Philip Keipp as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Directors of the Company appointed Jon P. Vrabely, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, to the additional office of interim Chief Financial Officer.

LaSalle Hotel Properties [BETHESDA, Md] (NYSE: LHO) announced the appointment of Kenneth G. Fuller as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer. Mr. Fuller succeeds Bruce A. Riggins, who is leaving the company. Mr. Fuller has served as the Founder, Owner and Principal of Vine Investment Partners since 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Fuller served in various positions for the Company from 2000 to 2015, including most recently as Treasurer from 2011 to 2015, Vice President of Finance from 2009 to 2011, and Vice President of Asset Management from 2007 to 2009.

Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] (NASDAQ: CATB) announced that Ian Sanderson, Chief Financial Officer, has submitted his resignation.

Continuum [BOSTON] announced that Craig Dynes, former CFO at Pegasystems Inc. and Dealer.com, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the company. Prior to Dealer.com, Craig was CFO at Pegasystems. He has held numerous financial positions for both startup and public companies, including CFO for Demandware, SilverStream Software, Powersoft/Sybase and Watcom.
