Joe has spent the majority of his professional career working in trade receivable financing, most recently as Director of Deal Origination for Finacity Corporation. Before joining Finacity’s originations team, Joe was a senior associate on the firm’s deal execution team. As a senior associate he led a number of the firm’s efforts in trade and consumer asset transactions, with direct experience in corporate due diligence, transaction structuring, modeling and analytics, and legal and rating agency negotiations. Before joining Finacity, Joe worked in mortgage structuring and originations. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland.
