En 2018, Linklaters avait conseillé SIX Group dans le cadre de l’apport en nature de SIX Payment Services à Worldline, leader européen dans le secteur des paiements et des services transactionnels, en contrepartie d’une prise de participation par SIX Group d’environ 26,9% au capital de Worldline et du versement en numéraire d’environ 286 millions d’euros, soumis à des ajustements usuels.

L’équipe Linklaters qui a conseillé SIX Group était composée de Marc Petitier, associé, Alice Magnan, collaboratrice senior et Olivier Pâris, collaborateur, tous les trois en Corporate/M&A.
