L’opération est constituée de plusieurs tranches en euros avec des maturités de 4, 7 et 8 ans à taux fixes et variables.
L’émission a été sursouscrite, ce qui a permis au groupe d’augmenter le volume final à hauteur de 500 millions d’euros au lieu des 300 millions d’euros initialement annoncés.
Cette émission permet au groupe de tirer avantage de conditions de marché très favorables et de renforcer sa liquidité tout en diversifiant ses sources de financement ainsi que sa base d’investisseurs, notamment auprès d’investisseurs allemands et asiatiques.
Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG, Société Générale et Unicredit Bank AG ont agi en qualité d’arrangeurs.
L’équipe Linklaters qui a conseillé Iliad était composée du Dr. Christian Storck, associé, et Axel Oehrn, collaborateur senior, tous deux en Marchés de Capitaux (Francfort) ainsi que de Véronique Delaittre, associée et d’Olivia Giesecke, collaboratrice senior, toutes deux en Marchés de Capitaux (Paris).
