Face à sa croissance ainsi qu’aux enjeux auxquels il fait face, le Groupe a souhaité compléter son équipe financière qui joue un rôle central dans la bonne conduite de ses opérations. Dans ce contexte, Véronique VASTEL pilote l’équipe du contrôle de gestion Groupe ainsi que l’équipe business analyste Sales Force de Tessi.

Elle devra notamment faire évoluer le sujet lié au reporting financier et opérationnel, au contrôle de gestion et à l’intégration de nouveaux outils orientés gestion des processus budgétaires. Directement rattachée à Olivier JOLLAND, Directeur général de Tessi, elle occupe donc un rôle stratégique au sein du Groupe.

Véronique VASTEL dispose d’une expérience professionnelle significative dans des environnements internationaux et des secteurs fortement concurrentiels. Au cours de sa carrière, elle s'est spécialisée dans la gestion des processus budgétaires, du pilotage de reporting et de l’optimisation des résultats et de la création de valeur. Elle a notamment évolué dans des structures de premier plan, à l’image de Hewlett-Packard, Dassault Systèmes, Ricoh, et IQvia. Elle est titulaire d’un Master 2 en Économie de l’Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
