Clarabridge, Inc. announced that it has appointed Bas Brukx as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Clarabridge, Brukx was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Vocus. He has also held financial management positions at Nexchange, WorldPort Communications, and MCI Worldcom.Brendan Foley

Red Roof Innhas named Brendan P. Foley the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, he served as CFO of Navigator Management Partners, an IT and management consulting firm. Foley has served as Vice President, Financial, Planning & Analysis for The Ohio State University and held an array of integral leadership roles at Wendy’s International, Inc. including his tenure as Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.

DoubleVerify announced the appointment of Jack McClunn as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to joining DoubleVerify he served as the CFO of SelectMinds Inc. From 2003 to 2008 he served as the CFO of SpaFinder Inc. Early in his career, Jack was also the Vice President of Finance as well as a co-founder of ePresence Inc..Michael Tomsicek

Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBST) announced the appointment of Michael Tomsicek as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Tomsicek, who has served as Senior Vice President and Deputy CFO since July 2012, succeeds David McGirr. Mr. Tomsicek joined Cubist in 2010 as Vice President of Corporate Finance. Prior to Cubist, he spent eight years at General Electric Healthcare, initially as Finance Manager of its global operations, and then as CFO of its diagnostic ultrasound business and CFO of its global ultrasound product group. Previously, Mr. Tomsicek served in a variety of financial and operational roles at Motorola.

Sage North America announced the appointment of Marc Scheipe as chief financial officer. Mr. Scheipe was most recently with Ally Financial, Inc. (formerly GMAC) as its chief financial officer of global business functions. Before joining Ally, Mr. Scheipe was the CEO and president of FrontStream Payments, Inc. Mr. Scheipe also spent several years at Bank of America in various sales and operations leadership roles including card services, small business and bank/partner sales.

Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) announced that Timothy J. Donahue will become President and Chief Operating Officer. Thomas A. Kelly has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Donahue was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a position he held since 2008. Prior to that, he had served as Senior Vice President – Finance since 2000 and as the Company’s Controller from 1991 to 2000. Mr. Kelly was formerly Senior Vice President – Finance, a position he held since 2009. Prior to that, he had served as Senior Vice President – Corporate Controller since 2001.

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) announced that Stephen P. Theobald will join the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on April 1, 2013. Mr. Theobald joins Walker & Dunlop from Hampton Roads Bankshares (NASDAQ: HMPR) where he currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Hampton Roads, Mr. Theobald held several senior finance positions at Capital One including Chief Financial Officer of Local Banking from 2005 to 2010.

CRAiLAR Technologies Inc. (OTC: CRLRF) has named Ted Sanders to the position of Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Guy Prevost. Mr. Prevost, who has been with the Company since November 2005, will remain with CRAiLAR in the role of Corporate Controller and Compliance Officer. Mr. Sanders was most recently CFO of U.S. Auto Parts (NASDAQ: PRTS), and at PCM Inc. (NASDAQ: PCMI).

MortgageDocs hired Stephen Muller as their Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining MortgageDocs, he held executive positions in prominent real estate companies in Orange County including Koll Development Company and Catellus Residential Group.

Savi Technology named Brian Daum as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Savi, Mr. Daum was the CFO at Centrifuge Systems, Inc. He also served as Chief Operating Officer/CFO at ARC Second (currently Nikon Instruments, Inc. Brian Daum has provided financial leadership at several organizations, including Multimedia Medical Systems, Sandbox.com and Atlantic Coast Airlines.

The Valspar Corporation (NYSE: VAL) announced today that James L. Muehlbauer has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Muehlbauer will replace Lori A. Walker who will retire in April. Prior to joining Valspar, Muehlbauer was EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Company, Inc. Muehlbauer also held leadership positions at The Pillsbury Company and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Ocean Canyon Properties announced the appointment of Bryan Reed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Reed most recently served as Vice President of Accounting for Equity Lifestyle Properties. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer for Thousand Trails, which was acquired by Equity Lifestyle Properties in 2008.

American Traffic Solutions has announced that Heather Zorge has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Heather had served as Interim CFO since November 2012, and has been with the company since 2010. Heather is the former Chief Accounting Officer for Petroplus Holdings AG.

LiveProcess announced that Brian LeBlanc has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Finance at Sentillion, Inc. Prior to Sentillion, Mr. LeBlanc held the position of Corporate Controller for Virtual Ink. He was previously with Atex as Controller North America, and with National Computer Systems as Division Controller.

Neumedicines Inc. announced the appointment of David L. Morash to the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Morash has served as a consultant to the company since 2012. Most recently Mr. Morash was Chief Financial Officer of ISE Corporation. Prior to ISE, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded Axesstel, Inc. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded Remec. Earlier in his career, he was Executive Vice President of Wireless Knowledge, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Safeskin Corporation. Mr. Morash serves on the Board of Directors of California Safe Soil, LLC.

Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) today named Larry Kingsley, current Pall President and CEO, to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) pending the completion of its search process to replace exiting CFO Lisa McDermott. The company also announced that Frank Moschella will resume the positions of Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). Mr. Moschella, the Group Financial Officer (GFO) for Pall’s Industrial business, was the company’s Corporate Controller and CAO before transitioning to the GFO role in October of 2012. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Integrated Diagnostics announced that it has appointed John Bencich as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Indi, he was Allozyne’s chief financial officer. Earlier Bencich served as the vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Trubion Pharmaceuticals. Before that he was the director of finance and corporate controller for Onyx Software Corporation.

Cyan announced that it has hired Mike Zellner as vice president and chief financial officer. Zellner joins Cyan from PMC-Sierra where, for the past six years, he served as chief financial officer. Prior to PMC-Sierra, Zellner was senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Wind River Systems. Earlier in his career, Zellner held corporate and divisional financial positions of steadily increasing responsibility at Applied Materials. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Zellner served in various financial roles at Unisys Corporation.

The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company announced that the appointment of Susan T. Deakins to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer, she was Vice President and Chief Actuary. Her predecessor, David M. O’Malley , has been appointed Penn Mutual’s Chief Operating Officer.

Northstar Healthcare Inc. announced that Harry Fleming has joined Northstar as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fleming has been a director at Northstar since 2010. Mr. Fleming is replacing Thomas Foster, who will remain on Northstar’s board of directors and will act as the company’s Chief Tax Counsel.

Vimeo announced the appointment of Mark Pinney as its first Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Pinney held the post of CFO for Lot18. Prior to that, he served as CFO/COO of video network Tremor Video. Mark also served as CFO for Tacoda, and has been a founding member of three companies: Acorda Therapeutics, CanDo and 24/7 Real Media.

Specific Media announced that it has appointed Larry Madden as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Specific Media in September 2012, Larry most recently worked with Robert Sillerman as CFO of SFX Entertainment and with Simon Fuller as CFO of both 19 Entertainment and XIX Entertainment. Larry also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Weinstein Company. Prior to the Weinstein Company, Larry spent over 10 years as a finance executive and CFO of several media companies in the public and private sectors, including Loudeye, EMAK Worldwide, Atomic Pop, Def Jam Recordings, and PolyGram International.

Dresser-Rand Group Inc. (NYSE: DRC) announced that Mark E. Baldwin , Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has elected to retire on or before April 30, 2013. The Company expects to announce Mr. Baldwin’s successor in the near-term. Mark Baldwin has held the position with Dresser-Rand since August 24, 2007. Prior to joining Dresser-Rand, his career experience included three years as the Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer with Veritas DGC Inc. Other previous experience included two years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NextiraOne, and four years as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for Pentacon Inc. He also spent 17 years with Keystone International Inc. in a variety of finance and operations positions, including Treasurer, CFO, and President of the Industrial Valves and Controls Group.

Men’s Wearhouse (NYSE: MW) announced the appointment of Jon W. Kimmins as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Most recently, he held the position of Executive Vice President – Finance and Operations at LF-USA, Inc., a division of Li & Fung Limited. Prior to LF-USA, Kimmins was the Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Toys “R” Us, Inc. Prior to Toys “R” Us, Kimmins held financial management positions at Macy’s from 1980 to 1989. Kimmins replaces Diana Wilson , who acted as Interim Chief Financial Officer, and will continue as Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority hired Russell Fong as its CFO. Mr. Fong comes to the authority from CalPERS, where he served as the acting CFO and acting deputy executive officer of operations. He previously served as a division chief for CalPERS’ Fiscal Services Division and was the deputy director of the Administrative Services Branch at the California Department of Technology Services. Dennis Trujillo, chief deputy director of the rail authority who previously served as deputy treasurer to state Treasurer Phil Angelides, has been acting CFO.

Lyoness America announced that Efrain Vega has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Vega served as the Controller for Statetrust Bank & Trust. Prior to that he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Latin American division of Brightpoint.

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN) announced that Joseph M. Nowicki has accepted the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Beacon. Mr. Nowicki has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Spartan Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAR) since June 2009. Prior to his tenure with Spartan, Mr. Nowicki was with Herman Miller, Inc. from 1992 through 2009 where he held progressive financial roles, lastly as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer. Mr. Nowicki also held past financial positions with IBM and General Motors.

Digital First Media named Barbara J. Bennett the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Bennett, has been serving as a presidential appointee as Chief Financial Officer for the Environmental Protection Agency since 2009. She is the former Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Discovery Communications.

Cadence Health announced that John Orsini has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Orsini comes to Cadence Health from Presence Health. Mr. Orsini began his career in auditing for the Arizona Department of Health Services. He’s held corporate finance positions at Catholic Healthcare West in Arizona, California and Nevada and served as Corporate Vice President, Finance and Treasurer at Scripps Health in San Diego.Harald Henn

Mercedes-Benz USA announced the appointment of Harald Henn to the position of vice president & CFO. Henn replaces Herbert Werner who left the company to serve as vice president & CFO for Daimler in South Africa. Henn was most recently vice president & CFO for Mercedes-Benz Japan. Henn began his career with Daimler at the world headquarters in 1991 and five years later, he joined MBUSA for the first time as manager of sales and profit planning. In 1999, Henn was appointed deputy project director & controller for the SLR development program with McLaren in the United Kingdom before he became vice president & CFO for Mercedes-Benz Canada in 2004. Three years later, Harald moved to Michigan where he helped to build the new Daimler Financial Services Company in the United States as vice president of finance for Latin America. In 2009, he transferred back to Daimler’s world headquarters in Stuttgart and served as the director of program management for finance excellence. Michael Maher

Talmer Bancorp, Inc. announced the appointment of Michael Maher as Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Mortgage Banking. Americo Real Estate announced that that Carrine K. Reilly has joined its Executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Americo, she was a Partner in the Dallas office of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, a national CPA firm.Ken Bedingfield

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced that it has appointed Kenneth L. Bedingfield vice president of business management and chief financial officer for its Aerospace Systems sector. Bedingfield will take over the position currently held by Chuck Wands, who has announced his plans to retire later this year. Bedingfield comes to this position from Northrop Grumman’s corporate headquarters, where he held the position of corporate vice president, controller and chief accounting officer. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, he spent more than 17 years at KPMG LLP, most recently as the national client leader of its U.S. aerospace and defense audit practice.

Vision announced the promotion of Dan Noble to president from chief financial officer.

Hot Topic, Inc. announced that George Wehlitz, Jr., formerly the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
