Techne Corporation (NASDAQ: TECH) announced the appointment of James T. Hippel as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective April 1, 2014. Mr. Hippel replaces Greg Melsen who resigned effective February 3, 2014 and who served as Techne’s VP Finance/CFO since December 2004. Since May 2012, Mr. Hippel has served as Senior Vice President and CFO for Mirion Technologies, Inc. Prior to Mirion, Mr. Hippel served as Vice President, Finance at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. Mr. Hippel’s experience also includes nine years of progressive financial leadership at Honeywell International, within its Aerospace Segment.

Glassdoor, announced the appointment of Adam C. Spiegel as chief financial officer. Prior to Glassdoor, Spiegel served as CFO of RPX Corporation. Spiegel also previously served as CFO for two early-stage life science companies. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker.

Vera Bradley, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRA) announced that Kevin J. Sierks has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Sierks joined Vera Bradley in 2011 as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. In the ten years prior to joining the Company, Sierks worked in the medical device industry in finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President and Corporate Controller of Biomet and Director of Accounting and U.S. Shared Services at Boston Scientific Corporation.

uShip announced that Bob Bearden has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Over the past 20 years, Bearden has served as CFO of Hotels.com, Expedia.com Global Operations, Travelocity.com and IntentMedia.com. He has also held a senior finance position at truckloadsusa.com and a corporate development role at SABRE.

Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: KND) announced the appointment of Stephen D. Farber as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Farber succeeds Richard A. Lechleiter, whose previously announced retirement from the Company was effective January 15, 2014. Mr. Farber has more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Tenet Healthcare Corp. Most recently Mr. Farber led the successful financial restructuring of Rural Metro, and has been involved in various private equity efforts, including as a healthcare executive-in-residence with Warburg Pincus. Mr. Farber was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Connance, Inc. Mr. Farber began his career as an investment banker with J.P. Morgan and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT) announced that David M. Drillock, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has announced his intention to retire from Cytec effective December 31, 2014, completing a 36 year career with Cytec and its predecessor.

VeriTeQ Corporation (OTC: VTEQ) announced that is has appointed Michael Krawitz its Chief Legal and Financial Officer. The Company’s previous Chief Financial Officer, Lorraine Breece, will remain with the Company in a different capacity. Mr. Krawitz was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Pear Energy.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) announced that Chief Financial Officer Dan Sheldon, after returning from a leave of absence, has stepped down from his position. Mr. Sheldon will remain with the Company in an advisory role through April 11, 2014 to assist with the transition. During Mr. Sheldon’s leave, Michael Liberatore, who until recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Broadridge’s Mutual Fund and Retirement Solutions Group, assumed the role of Acting Principal Financial Officer, and David Lisa, who currently serves as Broadridge’s Corporate Controller, assumed the role of Acting Principal Accounting Officer. Both Mr. Liberatore and Mr. Lisa will continue to serve in these roles during the transition.

Behan Communications, Inc. announced that Kathy Messina has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOR) announced the appointment of Rajesh (Raj) Asarpota as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Michael H. Mulroy, the Company’s current CFO, will become Executive Vice President, Strategic Affairs and General Counsel. Mr. Asarpota joins Questcor from Life Technologies Corporation, where he most recently served in a global leadership role as Vice President, Finance.

Double Eagle Petroleum Co. (NASDAQ: DBLE) announced the appointment of Adam Fenster as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Fenster has served as CFO for several companies, most recently for a downstream fuel marketer. He has provided consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting to several E&P companies, including Antero Resources Corporation, Synergy Resources Corporation, and DCP Midstream, LP.

Breitling Energy Corporation (OTC: BECC) appointed Judson F. Hoover as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Since January 1, 2014, Mr. Hoover has been employed by the Company on an interim basis to provide financial and other services to the Company. From December 2004 to March 2007, Mr. Hoover served as CFO for Ness Energy International. From June 2007 to June 2009, he served as Controller for Union Drilling, Inc.

GoPro announced that Jack Lazar has been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lazar joins GoPro after serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Manager from 2011 to 2013 at Qualcomm Atheros, a subsidiary of Qualcomm, Inc. Previously, he held various executive positions including Senior Vice President Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Atheros Communications from 2003 until it was acquired by Qualcomm in 2011. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NetRatings, Inc. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Apptitude, Inc. and as Controller and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer for Electronics Imaging. He also serves on the board of directors and audit committees of Silicon Laboratories and TubeMogul.

Strategic Products and Services (SPS) announced that Andrew C. Reiben has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining SPS, Reiben served as CFO for Sterling Infosystems, Inc. Reiben also served as CFO for ATC Healthcare, Inc. Reiben’s further experience includes executive leadership roles at CapeSuccess Inc., COMFORCE, and Daystar-Robinson.

WCCT Global announced that Dave Peters joins the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. He joins WCCT Global after being with inVentiv Health where he held several senior positions, including CFO of the CRO segment and Sr. VP of Commercial and Corporate Development. Mr. Peters also was part of ICON Clinical Research for approximately 15 years in a number of roles most recently as Sr. VP of Global Finance.

Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. (TSX-V: CWG) announced that it has appointed Richard Coningham as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Coningham has over 15 years of experience in various senior financial roles gained within both publicly listed and privately held organizations.

Emdeon Inc. announced the appointment of Randy P. Giles as Executive Vice President, Finance. After a two month transition period, Emdeon’s current Chief Financial Officer, Bob A. Newport, Jr., will be leaving Emdeon to pursue other interests. Following Mr. Newport’s departure, Mr. Giles will assume the Chief Financial Officer role. Mr. Giles comes to Emdeon from Coventry Health Care, Inc., where he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to Coventry, Mr. Giles held numerous executive positions over a 14 year period for UnitedHealthcare, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, Inc., including Market CEO and Division/Region CFO for markets in the southern half of the United States.

Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: BRS) announced that following the retirement on July 31, 2014 of the current President and Chief Executive Officer, Jonathan E. Baliff, Bristow’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will take over that role. Mr. Baliff joined Bristow as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Strategy at NRG Energy Inc. Before joining NRG in 2008, he spent 12 years with Credit Suisse, most recently as Managing Director for the Global Energy Group. Mr. Baliff began his career serving on active duty as an aviator in the U.S. Air Force for eight years from 1985 to 1993.

Cross Country Pipeline Supply Co., Inc. announced it has named Dave D’Angelo as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. D’Angelo most recently served as controller for Advantage Rent-A-Car. Prior to joining Advantage Rent-A-Car he served as President and Operating Partner with DPD Consulting and SNK Capital LLC. From 1996 to 2010 he held a number of executive financial positions with Hertz Equipment Rental Corp and Hertz Rent-A-Car, including Vice President and Controller of Hertz Equipment Rental Corp from 1998 through 2010.

CSG International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS) announced that David Barnes has joined the CSG International Board of Directors as an independent, Class II board member. Barnes currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for MWH Global. He brings close to 30 years’ experience in finance and strategic development at companies such as Western Union Company, Radio Shack, Coors Brewing and YUM Brands.

Greenbriar Capital Corp. (OTC: GEBRF) announced the appointment of Kirsten Tompkins as Chairman of its new Financial Advisory Board. Kirsten’s former position of CFO is awarded to Lisa Dea. Previously, Ms. Dea was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Silvermex Resources Inc. Prior to Silvermex, Lisa was the VP Finance and CFO of Polaris Minerals Corporation.

CVSL Inc. (OTC: CVSL) announced that Richard Holt has been named vice president of finance and controller. Mr. Holt has for the past two and a half years served as chief financial officer at Agel Enterprises, which became part of CVSL last September. He previously spent five years as corporate controller for Raser Technologies, Inc. in Provo, Utah.

STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE: STAG) announced that Gregory W. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company since its initial public offering in 2011, has notified the Company of his intention not to renew his contract at its expiration on April 20, 2014. While Mr. Sullivan has resigned from his position as CFO effective April 21, 2014, he will remain engaged by the Company as its Senior Financial Advisor for one year to ensure a smooth transition.

Waterstone Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSBF) and its wholly owned subsidiary WaterStone Bank SSB (“Waterstone”) announced that Allan Hosack has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Hosack joins Waterstone after working for ten years at Marshall & Ilsley/BMO Harris, where he was most recently the CFO of their Wealth Management and Global Asset Management divisions. Hosack previously served as Director of Planning/Restructuring at Marshall & Ilsley Corporation and Union Planters Bank. He started his career with the accounting firms KPMG and Ernst & Young.

Patient Home Monitoring (PHM) (TSX-V: PHM) announced that it has appointed Andrew Folmer to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Folmer has 30 years of experience in finance, including previous work as a CFO, and 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

MetaPower International, Inc. (OTC: MTPR) announced the appointment of Stephen C. Ivy to be the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ivy previously served as Vice President of Finance since the Company’s founding in 1996.

Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBMT), the holding company of American Federal Savings Bank, announced that Laura F. Clark is joining Eagle Bancorp as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 3, 2014. Formerly, Ms. Clark was Senior Vice President and CFO of the Bank of Bozeman. Her experience spans over 30 years and includes a variety of executive positions with First National Bancorp, Bankers Resource Center, Security Bank, Bank of Montana System and Montana Bancsystem.

Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation (NASDAQ: NYMX) announced the appointment of Andre Monette as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Monette served for seventeen years as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the North American subsidiary of Lombard Odier Group. Prior to joining Nymox he provided corporate consulting services in financial reporting. Mr. Monette replaces departing CFO, Roy Wolvin.
