Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA) announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Company’s Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, Michael J. Angelakis, to establish a new, strategic company that will focus on investing in and operating growth-oriented companies, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Angelakis will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the new company. Comcast will immediately commence a search for a successor Chief Financial Officer, and following the appointment of the new CFO, Mr. Angelakis will then serve as a Senior Advisor to Comcast. Mr. Angelakis will assist with the transition to the new CFO and begin the integration process for the Time Warner Cable and related transactions. Mr. Angelakis is the Deputy Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and is a Trustee of Babson College. Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Angelakis was a Managing Director and Member of the Investment and Management Committees at Providence Equity Partners. Before joining Providence Equity Partners in 1999, Mr. Angelakis was President and Chief Executive Officer of State Cable TV Corporation and Aurora Telecommunications. He also served as a Vice President of Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York. Additionally, Mr. Angelakis spent several years in London developing Manufacturers Hanover’s acquisition finance and merchant banking activities throughout Western Europe.

TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (NYSE: AMTD) announced that Steve Boyle will succeed Bill Gerber as chief financial officer (“CFO”) at the conclusion of the Company’s 2015 fiscal year. Boyle joined Banknorth in 1997 and was named CFO in 2004, a role he continues to hold today for the bank, which has since become TD Bank. Boyle’s experience also includes time spent at Barnett Banks, Inc., Fleet Financial Group and Arthur Andersen & Co. Boyle will join TD Ameritrade in July 2015 for a transition period with current Executive Vice President and CFO Bill Gerber, who announced his retirement from the Company in January, before assuming the role of CFO on Oct. 1.

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) announced that it has named its current Executive Vice President of Business Development, P. Kelly Tompkins as the Company’s new Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tompkins will replace Terrance Paradie, who announced his resignation to pursue an opportunity with another company. Tompkins joined Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. in May 2010 and has held many executive officer and senior leadership positions. At Cliffs, he served in executive vice president roles in business development, commercial, legal and government affairs. He also was Chief Administrative Officer and President of Cliffs China for the Company. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Tompkins served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RPM International Inc., from June 2008 to May 2010. He also served as RPM’s Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tompkins held various legal, management and investor relations positions with Reliance Electric Company and Exxon Corporation.

TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG) announced that it has hired Terrance Paradie as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Paradie was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. Terry has been at Cliffs since 2007. His prior responsibilities at Cliffs included Sr. Vice President/Corporate Controller and operating responsibility for two domestic iron ore mines. Prior to his tenure at Cliffs, Terry was a partner at KPMG LLP. Terry will start with the Company around April 15, 2015. After 15 years with the Company, Greg Rufus, our long term CFO, has announced his intention to retire in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2016.

Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE: ANET) announced that CFO Kelyn Brannon will leave the company for personal reasons. Ms. Brannon has served Arista as CFO since July 2013. Andreas Bechtolsheim will serve as acting CFO.

Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) announced the appointment of Mark Langer to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Langer is expected to join Urban Edge in late April 2015 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Equity One, Inc., a position he has held since April 2009. Mr. Langer also served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Equity One from January 2008 until January 2011. From January 2000 to December 2007, Mr. Langer served as Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Capital Management, Inc. From 1988 to 2000, Mr. Langer was a certified public accountant at KPMG, LLP, where he was elected a partner in 1998. Urban Edge also announced today that Matthew Iocco, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Vornado Realty Trust (“Vornado”), will resign from his role as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Urban Edge effective as of the date Mr. Langer takes office.

Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE: TRMR) announced that Todd Sloan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will step down after a transition period to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Sloan has agreed to continue as CFO until May 31 and then assist the company as a strategic advisor through August 15.

Radiant Health Management Corp. named Chris Roberts chief financial officer. Mr. Roberts started his career at KPMG, and most recently served as a senior partner and controller at Vancouver, Wash.-based Audigy Group.

Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRBK) announced the appointment of Richard A. Costello as the Chief Financial Officer of Green Brick. Mr. Costello has served as the Vice President of Finance of Green Brick since January 2015. Mr. Costello will replace John Jason Corley who has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

United Security Bancshares (NASDAQ: UBFO) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, United Security Bank announced the appointment of Bhavneet Gill as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gill joined the Bank on May 20, 2013, as Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Gill served in various finance roles at Central Valley Community Bank and State Street, most recently having served as the Accounting Manager at Central Valley Community Bank.

Ameresco, Inc. (NYSE:AMRC) announced that Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Andrew B. Spence will retire at the end of the current fiscal year, December 31, 2015. As part of this transition, Ameresco also announced that John R. Granara has been named to succeed Mr. Spence as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2015. Mr. Granara joined Ameresco as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in September 2013. Prior to joining Ameresco, he served as Vice President Finance, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller for GT Advanced Technologies, Inc.

Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) announced that Michael Levitz will be appointed Insulet’s Chief Financial Officer starting May 4, 2015. Mike will succeed Allison Dorval, who has announced her resignation, effective May 4, 2015, to pursue other professional opportunities and will remain with Insulet through July 3, 2015 to assist with an effective transition. Prior to joining Insulet, from 2009 to 2015 he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Analogic Corporation. Previously, during his seven years with Hologic, Inc. and Cytyc Corporation (which merged with Hologic in October 2007), Mr. Levitz served in various capacities including Vice President and Corporate Controller. Mr. Levitz began his career in the high technology audit practice at Arthur Andersen.

ADS Tactical, Inc. announced that it named current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President, Karan Rai, President of ADS. Rai joined ADS August 2012 as its Director of International and Strategic Business Development. He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Development before being promoted to CFO, March 2013. Prior to joining ADS, Rai was a vice president at JPMorgan’s Investment Bank where he spent seven years covering defense and aerospace companies in the leverage/acquisition finance group. Rai will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Act-On Software announced that Kate Johnson has been named Chief Financial Officer. In her most recent role she served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Jive Software.

Veeco Instruments Inc. (NASDAQ: VECO) announced that Susan Wang has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Ms. Wang served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Solectron Corporation, until her retirement from Solectron in 2002. She joined Solectron as Director, Finance, in 1984 and served as CFO beginning in 1989. Prior to joining Solectron, Ms. Wang held financial and managerial positions at Xerox Corporation, Westvaco Corporation and Price Waterhouse & Co. She has served on several public and private company boards, and currently serves on the board of Cirrus Logic, Inc., and on the boards of Nektar Therapeutics and Premier, Inc. In addition, within the past five years, Ms. Wang served on the boards of Altera Corporation, RAE Systems, Inc., and Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd.

Acquia announced the appointment of Christine Komola, chief financial officer of Staples, Inc., to Acquia’s board of directors. Komola will serve as chairwoman of the board’s audit committee. Komola previously led financial operations for Staples.com and later led marketing and merchandising for Staples’ furniture division before taking on executive finance roles. She was appointed CFO and principal accounting officer of Staples, Inc. in 2012. Komola previously held several positions at Ernst & Young LLP.

Ensurge, Inc. (PINK: ESGI) announced that Paul Cinquemani has returned to the Board of Directors and now serves as its Chairman. Additionally, Mr. Cinquemani has been appointed as the Company’s CFO, replacing Jeff Hanks, who has served in that capacity for over a decade.

Susan G. Komen® announced that Bob Green has been named Komen’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Green served most recently as a partner at the financial consulting firm SeatonHill LLC and has been working in a consultant capacity with Komen since last October. Green previously served as Senior Vice President/CFO of Associa, senior managing director of Outsource Partners International, CFO-Rail Group of Trinity Industries, and in management roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and Ernst & Young.

Estes Park Medical Center in Estes Park, Colo. has hired Ryan D. White as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. White will assume his new duties on April 20, 2015. Formerly, Mr. White served as Senior Manager at Eide Bailly LLP in Denver, Colo. In this role he provided interim CFO services to several community hospitals. Previous leadership positions include Senior Associate at Dixon Hughes PLLC in Winston-Salem, N.C., and Finance Analyst at Bon Secours Health System in Richmond, Va.

Evoqua Water Technologies announced Ben Stas has been named Chief Financial Officer. Stas joined Evoqua this week from Kennametal Inc., where he held a variety of senior financial and business roles during his tenure there. Over the course of his 18 years at Kennametal, Stas served in key financial roles including VP Finance – Business Groups. Most recently he served as VP of Manufacturing for the Industrial Business segment. Stas also served as CFO of the Metalworking Solutions and Services Group; CFO of Kennametal Europe, where he was based in Switzerland; Director of Global Manufacturing Finance; Controller of Metalworking Americas; and Sr. Financial Analyst Global Sales, Marketing. Prior to joining Kennametal, Stas worked for DuPont Co., as a Plant Controller, Accountant, and Team Leader. Stas replaces Mark Roos, who has served as interim CFO for the past year following Evoqua becoming a separate company in January 2014. Roos will continue with Evoqua.
