SuccessFactors, une entreprise acquise par SAP, leader mondial des logiciels de gestion, annonce la nomination de Thomas Otter au poste de Vice-Président Product Management.

Cet ancien analyste du Gartner était notamment reconnu pour son expertise en matière de ressources humaines grâce, notamment, à ses 21 années d’expérience dans l’industrie informatique. Thomas Otter va apporter son savoir faire à SAP SuccessFactors, notamment dans l’évolution de la prochaine génération de solutions HCM (Human Capital Management). Il accompagnera également les entreprises clientes dans leur utilisation d’Employee Central, solution évolutive de SAP SuccessFactors, créée pour les entreprises globales.

An expert in the IT industry, Otter has spent the past five years at Gartner, most recently as research vice president covering HCM trends and technologies. Otter was Gartner’s lead analyst on SAP from 2009 to 2011.
