Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. (TSX: IRG) announced the appointment of Tania Melanie Clarke as Imvescor’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Until recently, she was the Corporate Controller of Keurig Canada Inc., a Canadian subsidiary of Great Mountain Coffee Roasters. Prior to her tenure as Corporate Controller of Keurig Canada Inc. Ms. Clarke spent four years as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Information Officer at Vision 2000 Travel Group Inc. Ms. Clarke also worked for 14 years at Grand Toys International Ltd in different roles, including Controller, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President (Head Office) and Chief Financial Officer (North America). Clarke succeeds Stéphane LeBlanc who will resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer and leave the Company after a short transition period.
Moneris Solutions Corporation announced the appointment of Winnie Leung as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Leung joined Moneris in 2011 as the Controller. Prior to joining Moneris, Ms. Leung was an Audit Partner at KPMG, servicing clients in the technology and communications sector.
Slate Asset Management LP announced that it has appointed Brian Moncik as CFO, of FAM Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: F.UN). Mr. Moncik most recently served as Senior Vice-President of Finance at SkyPower Global. Prior to SkyPower, Brian was the Controller of Funds Management at Brookfield Asset Management.
