Canada | CFO Moves – week ending February 28, 2014

5N Plus Inc. (TSX: VNP) announce that Richard Perron has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 17, 2014. Mr. Perron succeeds David Langlois, who will be leaving 5N Plus to pursue other interests. From 2006 to present, Mr. Perron has held progressively senior roles and has gained valuable experience within ArcelorMittal and more recently as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Strategy Manager of Long Carbon Americas, one of ArcelorMittal’s most important business units. From 1999 to 2006, he served as Director, Finance and Control and Chief Information Officer of Danfoss Turbocor Compressors Inc, part of The Danfoss Group.

MagIndustries Corp. (TSX: MAA) announced that Geoff Woo has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Woo has served MagIndustries for the past 11 months as Financial Controller. He is a finance professional with over fifteen years of corporate finance experience gained in both private and public companies.

Sofame Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: SDW) welcomes Aline Bélanger to its Board of Directors. Ms. Bélanger was previously Chief Financial Officer at Cycle Capital Management. She has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting at companies including enGlobe, AVESTOR, CAE Inc., Bell Canada International, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and Ernst & Young. Ms. Bélanger has been a member of the board of PyroGenesis Canada Inc (TSX-V: PYR) since 2011.

Fairmont Resources Inc. (TSX-V: FMR) announced the appointment of a new director, Ernest M. Cleave. Mr. Cleave is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Largo Resources Ltd. and a Director of Firesteel Resources Inc. He served as Director, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller and in senior finance positions for large, multi-national companies in the mining, manufacturing and retail sectors, including Bata Limited, Falconbridge Limited, and Goldcorp Inc. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993 and has also served as Chief Financial Officer for numerous junior mining companies, including Alturas Minerals Corp., Cline Mining Corporation and Grandview Gold Inc.

Beaumont Select Corporations Inc. (TSX-V: BMN.A) appointed Philip Gaiser to the position of Chief Financial Officer in place of Winston Ho Fatt. Mr. Ho Fatt is continuing to serve as the Corporation’s Chairman and CEO and has been appointed as its Chief Investment officer.

Asian Mineral Resources Limited (TSX-V: ASN) announced that John Tasovac had resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective 31 May 2014.

Knight Therapeutics Inc. (TSX-V: GUD) announced that it has appointed Jeffrey Kadanoff as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Knight, Mr. Kadanoff was a Principal with Bain & Company where he served as a strategy consultant for 14 years. Additionally, Mr. Kadanoff was Vice President-Strategic Planning and Development at Reitmans.

Canada | CFO Moves – week ending February 21, 2014

Discovery Air Inc. (TSX: DA.A) announced the resignation of William (Bill) Martin as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective March 31, 2014 due to personal reasons.

Detour Gold Corporation (TSX: DGC) announced the appointment of James Mavor as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mavor joined Detour Gold in February 2012 as Vice President, Finance. He served in this capacity until November 24, 2013, when he assumed the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Detour Gold, Mr. Mavor worked at Barrick Gold Corporation from 1994 to 2012, serving as their Vice President and Treasurer during his last 5 years.

DREAM Unlimited Corp. (TSX: DRM) announced the appointment of Pauline Alimchandani as the company’s CFO, having replaced Mario Barrafato effective January 2014. Ms. Alimchandani was promoted to this role after joining DREAM in March 2013, as Vice President, Corporate Strategy. She spent four years at BMO Capital Markets as a sell-side equity research analyst covering the Canadian real estate/REIT sector. Ms. Alimchandani has also worked at PwC LLP in both the Audit and Assurance and Consulting & Deals practices.

Razore Rock Resources Inc. (CSE: RZR) announced that Rodger Roden has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. He has worked as Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer with public and private companies in a broad range of industries including the mineral sector.

Tango Gold Mines Incorporated (TSX-V: TGV) announced the appointment of Jennifer Boyle as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Boyle is a former securities lawyer based in Toronto, Ontario, where she operates a private corporate finance advisory company. Ms. Boyle is also the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and co-founder Satori Resources Inc., and is a member of the board of directors of Carlisle Goldfields Inc., and of Nevada Exploration Inc. Philipp D. Hoch has submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer.
