Inspiration Mining Corporation (TSX: ISM) announced that Carmelo Marrelli has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Marrelli is the principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc. Mr. Marrelli acts as Chief Financial Officer to a number of reporting issuers on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges.
Goldstar Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: GDM) announced the appointment of Ercan Ugur as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Greg Duras. Ugur is Chief Financial Officer of Yorbeau Resources and Cancor Mines Inc.
Vitality Products Inc. (TSX-V: VPI) announced that Robert C. Fletcher, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, passed away suddenly. Robert H. Grant, a Director of the Company, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Cathedral Energy Services Ltd. (TSX: CET) announced that P. Scott MacFarlane was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer. MacFarlane has served as Chief Financial Officer of Cathedral since April 2001. MacFarlane has also been appointed as a director of the Company. MacFarlane will also hold the title as Interim Chief Financial Officer until a permanent replacement is selected.
Golden Hope Mines Limited (TSX-V: GNH) announced that Nathalie Laurin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Since 2006, Ms. Laurin has been providing management and accounting services for small businesses and TSX-listed companies specifically in the resource sector. Ms. Laurin replaces Roland Boivin as CFO.
QuickMobile announced that Praveen Gupta has joined the company as Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer. He comes to QuickMobile after spending the last 10 years in a similar role with Layer 7 Technologies, Prior to Layer 7, he worked as a contract CFO and COO for various companies, including Altus Solutions and Exigo Solutions. Gupta also served as CFO for fSONA Communications Corp., Eftia OSS Solutions and Opcom Solutions.
SignalChem Lifesciences Corporation announced the appointment of Darren Z. Ready to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ready was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at Perceptronix Medical Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Ready was Director of Finance at WEX Pharmaceutics.
