Husky Energy announced the appointment of Jonathan McKenzie as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective April 27, 2015. McKenzie most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer of Irving Oil Ltd., based in Saint John, New Brunswick. Prior to joining Irving in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer, he held senior executive roles at Calgary-based Suncor Energy and also worked with Crestar Energy.

New Look Eyewear Inc. (TSX: BCI) announced the appointment of Derrick Giannoumis as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective June 1st, 2015, replacing Jean-Luc Deschamps who had previously announced his retirement from New Look. Mr. Giannoumis is currently Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of the Greiche & Scaff division of New Look, a position he has occupied since October 2014, the date upon which New Look acquired Greiche & Scaff. Prior to that time, he occupied similar positions with the predecessor company.

Hatsize announced that it has hired Ryan Hoult as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Hatsize, Ryan spent 5 years as the CFO of a family-owned group of companies in Calgary that assist businesses from around the world in raising capital from the prospectus-exempt markets in Canada.

Dominion Citrus Income Fund (TSX: DOM.UN) and Dominion Citrus Limited (TSX: DMN.PR.A) jointly announced that Ernie Collinson, their Chief Financial Officer has given notice of his resignation. To allow for an orderly transition, Mr. Collinson will remain with the Fund and DCL until either his successor is hired or May 10, 2015, whichever occurs first.

CTL Corp. announced that Andy Le has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) after serving as VP of Finance, Compliance & Analytics.

Canexus Corporation announced that Richard T. McLellan, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer will be retiring from the Corporation, effective May 4, 2015. The company also announced the promotion of Dean R. Beacon from the position of Vice President, Strategy, Risk and Business Development to Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 5, 2015. Mr. Beacon joined Canexus in March 2012 as Treasurer and Director, Risk Management. Prior to joining Canexus, he held similar senior positions responsible for treasury, finance, risk management and marketing. Mr. Beacon also brings experience from the banking industry, having previously worked at two of Canada’s major banks.

Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited announced that Chris Mclean, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, is taking a leave of absence for health reasons following a serious road traffic accident. Mr. Mclean remains a Director of the Company, but the Board has agreed that in his absence Kristin Obreiter will serve as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Kristin Obreiter has served as the Company’s Financial Controller since 2013.

Avidus Management Group Inc. (OTC: ASNHF) announced that Camille Transtrum has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Pam Egan.

Newton Energy Corporation (NEX: NTN.H) announced that Art Bray has resigned as Chief Financial Officer. Merv Chia will act as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX: PNP) announced the resignation of Gerry Feldman, the company’s Vice President Corporate Development & Chief Financial Officer. Carmelo Marrelli will be appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Marrelli is a principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc. He also acts as CFO for several other public companies.

Karnalyte Resources Inc. announced that it has appointed Thomas Pressello as Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer in replacement of Ron Love, who has resigned. Most recently, Mr. Pressello has worked for his own finance advisory firm, Active Hedge Capital Inc. through which he served as an advisor and CFO for several private and public companies.b[
