SunEdison, Inc. [MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo.] (NYSE: SUNE) announced that Ilan Daskal has been appointed chief financial officer designee and executive vice president, replacing Brian Wuebbels. Daskal, is presently the interim chief financial officer of Aricent, and a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Ixia. Prior to his current role, he acted as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Cepheid. From 2008 to 2015, Daskal was the executive vice president and chief financial officer at International Rectifier Corporation. Prior to joining International Rectifier, from 2001 to 2008 Daskal worked at Infineon Technologies, most recently as the vice president, in addition to earlier positions as chief financial officer at both Savan Communications Ltd. and Smartlink Ltd.
Easterly Government Properties, Inc. [WASHINGTON, D.C.] (NYSE: DEA) announced that Meghan Baivier has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, replacing Alison Bernard. Ms. Baivier joined Easterly in May, 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. Baivier served as Vice President of Citigroup’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking group.
Intapp [PALO ALTO, CA] announced the appointment of Steve Robertson as Chief Financial Officer. Robertson joins Intapp from Axiom Law, where he served as CFO. Prior to joining Axiom, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of RMS. Before his 18-year career as a CFO, Mr. Robertson worked for 12 years as an investment banker.
PINEAPPLE EXPRESS, INC. [LOS ANGELES] (OTC: PNPL) announced that it has hired Sean Cunningham as interim Chief Financial Officer for Pineapple Express, Inc. Cunningham replaces Matthew Feinstein, the company’s CEO, President, and Chairman, who will step down from the position of interim CFO. Mr. Feinstein will continue to serve as CEO, President, and Chairman of the company. Mr. Cunningham will be interim CFO for a 90-day trial period. The Company intends to transition Mr. Cunningham to fill the position of CFO on a permanent basis, thereafter.
Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. [LEHI, Utah] (NASDAQ: NATR) announced that Steve Bunker, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will be retiring from the company.
Center for Diagnostic Imaging [MINNEAPOLIS] announced the promotion of Ryan Raschke to chief financial officer. Raschke was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in 2015 and has supported CDI’s finance, treasury, and business development functions. He joined CDI in 1998, and has held various roles within CDI including vice president-treasurer, assistant treasurer, manager of treasury and financial analysis, and financial analyst.
SpartanNash [GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.] (NASDAQ: SPTN) announced that Chris Meyers will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the company, effective April 11, 2016. Meyers has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Naperville, Illinois-based KeHE Distributors. Dave Staples has been acting as SpartanNash’s interim CFO since March 1, 2015, when he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for the company. Staples joined SpartanNash in January 2000, serving as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November of 2000.
