Sherritt International Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX: S) announced the appointment of Andrew Snowden as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2017. Dean Chambers will remain as Executive Vice President to ensure a smooth transition prior to retiring from the company on March 31, 2017. Andrew joined Sherritt in 2012 and progressed through a number of senior financial roles to his current position as Vice President, Finance

Clarke Inc. [HALIFAX] (TSX: CKI) announced that Kim Langille, Clarke’s Vice President of Taxation and Interim Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Langille has acted as Vice President of Taxation for Clarke since 2012 and as Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 2016. Prior to joining Clarke, Ms. Langille was Senior Manager of Taxation at Deloitte LLP.

Centric Health Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX: CHH) announced the appointment of Mr. Leslie Cho as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Cho has served as the Company’s interim CFO since June 17, 2016. Mr. Cho began his career in accounting with five years at KPMG. After a role in equity research at RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Cho joined the finance team at Centric Health as Director, Financial Reporting in January 2015, and was promoted to Senior Director and Controller in February 2016.

Deploy Technologies Inc. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: DEP) announced that Susan Naylen Sorrell has resigned as director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and announces the appointment of Dong H. Shim as director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
InMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: IN) announced the appointment of Jeff Charpentier as InMed’s Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary. Jeff previously served as CFO for Lifebank Corp. (through to successful company sale in 2012), Inex Pharmaceuticals Corporation (now Arbutus Biopharma Corp.), and Chromos Molecular Systems Inc. Jeff replaces Terese Gieselman, outgoing CFO.

Agave Silver Corporation [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V:AGV) accepted the resignation of Sherri Odribege as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Dennis Cojuco is the new CFO and Corporate Secretary. Since the fall of 2009, Mr. Cojuco has been working in senior accounting capacities with junior mining companies, including serving as CFO of Rokmaster Resources Corp.

Pennine Petroleum Corporation [CALGARY] (TSX-V: PNN) announced the appointment of Michal J. Holub, to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Holub’s executive leadership portfolio includes; Co-founder of Croverro Energy Ltd.; Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Serrano Energy Ltd.; and Controller and Corporate Secretary at RedStar Oil & Gas Inc. Prior to employment as a C-Suite executive, Mr. Holub was employed as a Senior Manager with BDO Dunwoody LLP. Holub replaces Jeff Saxinger who served as interim CFO since Nov. 10, 2016. Mr. Saxinger continues to serve on Pennine’s Board of Directors.
