CA Technologies (NASDAQ : CA) annonce la nomination de Kieran J. McGrath au poste de Vice-Président Exécutif et Directeur Financier (Chief Financial Officer, CFO). Ce dernier se voit ainsi confirmé à ce poste après une période d’intérim, suite au départ de Richard J. Beckert du poste de CFO. Kevin McGrath reporte directement à Mike Gregoire, CEO de CA Technologies.

Prosper Marketplace Appoints Usama Ashraf Chief Financial Officer

Prosper Marketplace announced today it has appointed Usama Ashraf as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ashraf will oversee the company’s capital markets function, as well as all of the company’s finance activities. As head of the Capital Markets team, he will be responsible for expanding the company’s funding sources by bringing new investors onto the Prosper lending platform.
