Tracking CFO Movement Across Canada.

Canadian Solar Inc. [GUELPH, Ontario] (NASDAQ: CSIQ) announced the appointment of Huifeng Chang, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Michael G. Potter. Dr. Chang joined Canadian Solar in early 2016 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Finance. Before joining Canadian Solar, Dr. Chang was Co-Head of Sales and Trading at the U.S. subsidiary of China International Capital Corporation (CICC). Prior to that, he was the CEO of CSOP Asset Management Limited based in Hong Kong. From 2000 to 2008, he was Vice President and an equity proprietary trader at Citigroup Equity Proprietary Investments in New York. Before moving to Wall Street, Dr. Chang worked at Kamakura Corporation in Hawaii as a risk consultant to banks in Asia.

Pinetree Capital Ltd. [TORONTO] (TSX: PNP) announced that Susan E. Fox has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, after the Company’s former CFO, Carmelo Marrelli resigned. Ms. Fox has held senior financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer at several small and medium sized public and private companies, including one other TSX-listed issuer Ms. Fox CPA, CA, has held senior financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer at several small and medium sized public and private companies, including one other TSX-listed issuer.

Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited [CALGARY] (TSX-V: XOP) announced the appointment of Aleksandra Owad as its Chief Financial Officer. The Company’s previous interim CFO Kristin Obreiter, is resigning. Aleksandra previously worked for the Company as CFO until October 2013.
