Alexa Capital – Investment Banking Internship – Intern Analyst (April/May Start)

We are looking for 1 high-energy individual to join our team in London for an initial period of 3 months starting in April/May, with potential for a further 3 month extention, subject to performance. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure in a specialist advisory firm at the forefront of the global energy transition.

For this role, we are seeking :

• University Graduate with a record of excellent academic results, proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Relevant investment banking or private equity work experience is strongly favoured, as is a demonstratable interest, and or passion, for the energy technology, renewables and global energy transition sector
• Prior experience with financial modelling and use of Bloomberg
• The chosen candidate will relish the opportunity to rapidly learn and take on various tasks to assist the wider team. The candidate must have strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail and strong initiative, as well as having personal drive, enthusiasm and tenacity
• Workflow will include weekly market and sector updates and analyses, transactional support on client presentations, reports, screening and financial modelling, company and market research and analysis
• Fluent English is essential & any other European languages are an advantage
