Tracking CFO Movement Across the United Kingdom.

Greenergy has announced that Tirath Magdani, currently Chief Executive of Greenergy Asia, will take over as Chief Financial Officer effective summer 2016, when he completes his current assignment in Dubai. He joined Greenergy in 2009 from a major oil company. Tirath replaces Jitesh Sodha who has been CFO for the past seven years. Jitesh has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities at the end of the company’s current financial year on 14 April 2015 but will remain in an advisory capacity until the closure of this year’s annual accounts. Stephen McCaffrey will take over the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer for the financial year 2015/16. Stephen became Chief Financial Officer of Greenergy Biofuels Ltd in 2005 and subsequently took on numerous business development and operational roles in Greenergy including acquisition and capital raising.

Impellam Group plc announced the appointment of Darren Mee as Group Finance Director with effect from 2 February 2015. Mr Mee worked as Head of Tax and Treasury at DS Smith PLC and carried out a number of roles at TUI Travel PLC, latterly as Chief Operating Officer of TUI Specialist and Activity businesses. Most recently he has been Chief Financial Officer at easyHotel Plc.

Medisico plc announced the retirement of Dr. Geoff Turner as the group CFO. Dr. Turner will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Andrew Britton has been appointed as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Andrew held the position of Finance Director for a chain of retail chemists.

Essenden Plc announced that Richard Darwin, Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company to join The Gym Group as CFO. Richard has a six month notice period and he will continue with his existing responsibilities until a successor has been found and to ensure an orderly transition.
