Interpath ouvre un bureau à Singapour et nomme Michael Horn pour diriger ses opérations en Asie du Sud-Est

Le cabinet de conseil financier Interpath annonce l’ouverture de ses opérations à Singapour, un an après le lancement de son bureau de Hong Kong en avril 2025. Michael Horn, spécialiste du restructuring fort de plus de 30 ans d’expérience en Asie du Sud-Est, est nommé Managing Director et responsable de l’entité singapourienne.

 

 

Profil de la recrue et périmètre de responsabilités

Michael Horn rejoint Interpath depuis KPMG Indonésie, où il dirigeait la pratique restructuring. Il a précédemment occupé des fonctions de Head of Asia-Pacific pour un établissement financier noté AAA, de Chief Risk Officer pour un prêteur en infrastructures, et de Head of Singapore and Indonesia pour un cabinet de services professionnels. Avocat qualifié, il dispose d’une expérience sectorielle couvrant l’aviation, la finance aux particuliers, les infrastructures, l’assurance et l’énergie.

Dans son nouveau rôle, il sera chargé de développer les capacités restructuring de la firme à Singapour. Il reportera à Rachelle Frisby, responsable de la région Caraïbes et Asie-Pacifique, et travaillera en coordination avec Fergal Power, responsable du bureau de Hong Kong, pour étendre l’offre de services vers d’autres marchés de la région.

Singapour, deuxième implantation Asie-Pacifique après Hong Kong

L’ouverture de Singapour constitue la deuxième étape de l’expansion d’Interpath en Asie-Pacifique, après le bureau de Hong Kong lancé en avril 2025. La firme y adresse une clientèle composée de sociétés mid-market et large-cap, ainsi que de banques, d’investisseurs en private capital et d’autres institutions financières, avec une offre couvrant le conseil financier, le conseil en transactions et le restructuring.
