Ineum Consulting and Kurt Salmon Associates join forces

Today, Ineum employs over 1,100 consultants globally with practices organized by industry or competency in Europe, the United States, North Africa and Australia. Kurt Salmon Associates is a global full service consulting firm offering strategy and operations management services to the consumer products, retail and healthcare industries. KSA as 500 consulting professionals operating in the United States, Europe and Asia and is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2010.
By joining forces and industry expertise, the two firms will create a one-of-a-kind consulting firm. The new firm will have scale and global capabilities in North America, Europe and Asia as well as the financial strength to allow it to fund its future expansion into new markets and services. This global presence will be used to serve clients by providing them with specific support on strategy, management, organization and company transformation whilst remaining strictly independent from outsourcing, IT development or vendors.

Together the created entity will constitute 1,600 consultants across Europe, the United States, Northern Africa, Japan, China and Australia. It will provide Ineum and KSA clients with direct access across all major markets to very specialized teams, either by industry (consumer products, financial services, communication and media, healthcare, etc.), or by functional competencies (CIO advisory, strategy/transactions, financial management, etc.)
Kurt Salmon will hereafter count among its clients hundreds of global companies operating within the various industries currently served by Ineum and Kurt Salmon Associates.
This merger already announced internally and discussed in detail with some existing clients, has garnered strong approval from all and will be a real source of opportunity for employees and Partners from both firms. Furthermore, this merger will create value for the shareholders of MCG.
