INV Metals [TORONTO] announced the appointment of Candace MacGibbon to Chief Executive Officer and director. Ms. MacGibbon has been with the Company since 2008 and has most recently served in the position of President and Chief Financial Officer. The Company also announced that Kevin Canario has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Canario currently holds the position of Vice President Finance. Prior to joining INV Metals in 2011, Mr. Canario worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he served mining and manufacturing clients.

Strongbow Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: SBW) [VANCOUVER] announced the appointment of Zara Boldt as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Corporate Secretary of the Company. Ms. Boldt has served as the Company’s Controller and Corporate Secretary since May 2004. Most recently, Ms. Boldt served as the Vice-President, Finance and CFO for Stornoway Diamond Corporation. Ms. Boldt also served as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Troon Ventures Ltd. between 2007 and 2014.

MBAC Fertilizer Corp. [TORONTO] announced that Rodrigo Pinto has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer, Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Secretary of the Company, which will become effective October 23, 2015.
