Fortune Bay Corp. (TSX: FOR) announced the appointment of Sarah Oliver as CFO. Sarah started her career with PwC Halifax, and replaces Rob Randall as CFO.
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (TSX: RBA) announced that Rob McLeod, current CFO, will transition to a new role as CFO, Americas, in 2015, and will be responsible for the financial functions in Canada, U.S., and Latin America. Mr. McLeod will continue to act as the Company’s CFO until the position is filled.
Goldrush Resources Ltd. announced the appointment of Scott Hamilton as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hamilton has acted in the position of chief financial officer and been an accountant to junior mining and industrial companies for over 18 years. Mr. Hamilton has provided accounting assistance to Goldrush since 2004. Kim Phillips, who has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President Finance of Goldrush since 1994 has resigned in order to take on a position in the financial services industry.
Glenmark Capital Corp. (TSX-V: GLM) announced the appointment of Richard Ko to the board of directors and to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ko has served as a director of several other publicly traded Canadian resource companies, including Unity Energy Corp., Athabasca Uranium and Menika Mining Ltd. This appointment follows the resignation of Keir Reynolds as a director and CFO of the Company.
Mindesta, Inc. (OTC: MDST) announced the appointment of Lucie Lettellier to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CTT Pharmaceuticals. From 2005 to 2009 Lucie was the CFO of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp.
Petrostar Petroleum Corporation announced the resignation of the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Garry Topolnitsky.
