Tracking CFO Movement Across Canada.

Telehop Communications Inc. (TSX-V: HOP) announced that Inderjit Saini has been appointed CFO. Inderjit was with BDO LLP’s audit and advisory practices.

Nightingale Informatix Corporation (TSX-V: NGH) announced that it has appointed David Toews as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Toews was most recently CFO for a private company that designs and manufactures power solutions. Prior to that role, he held a variety of financial leadership positions at companies including Enablence Technologies, Harris Corporation and Leitch Technology Corporation.

Ergoresearch Ltd. (TSX-V: ERG) announced the appointment of Dominique Boudreau who will hold the position of Vice-President Finance. Mrs. Dominique Boudreau was acting as corporate controller of the group since January 2013 and occupied similar duties for more than seven years for Laboratoire Langelier, a company acquired by the Ergoresearch Ltd. in January 2013. Mrs. Boudreau replaces Piero Greco who was previously appointed Chief Financial Officer in April 2014.
