Moneta Porcupine Mines Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: ME, OTC: MPUCF) announced that Ian C. Peres has been named President and Chief Financial Officer. Warren Bates has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer and will continue on the Board of Directors.
VersaPay Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX-V: VPY) announced that Shouvik Roy has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining VersaPay, Mr. Roy held senior finance positions at various companies, including Nike, Home Depot and most recently at FreshBooks. Shouvik is taking over for Harp Gahunia who has been the CFO at VersaPay on a part-time contract since March 2016.
Relevium Technologies Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX-V: RLV, OTCQB: RLLVF) announced it has appointed Faycal Salek as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Salek has acted as the CFO to several private and publicly traded corporations. Salek worked as for CPA Quebec as a Professional Inspector and was Vice-President Finance at Hitlab Inc. Mr. Salek also worked at Petrie Raymond, Chartered Accountants LLP, as the Manager responsible for the audit of several public companies in the mining and technology fields.
North American Nickel Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: NAN, OTCBB: WSCRF) announced that it has appointed Sarah-Wenjia Zhu as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Formerly, she held the position of Investment Manager with The Sentient Group. Prior to this Mrs. Zhu spent six years on an audit and systems risk consulting business with Deloitte China. Zhu replaces Chris Hopkins as CFO.
