Corus Entertainment Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: CJR.B) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Tom Peddie, will retire from Corus at the end of August 2016, after 17 years of service. Corus announced the appointment of John Gossling as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. John will join the Corus Executive Leadership Team on July 4, 2016. John most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer for TELUS Corporation. Prior career experiences include Chief Financial Officer of CTVglobemedia Inc., Vice President, Financial Operations at Rogers Communications Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Rogers Wireless Inc., and Partner at KPMG LLP. John Gossling and Tom Peddie will work together through the end of August 2016 to ensure a seamless transition.

CN [MONTREAL] (TSX: CNR) announced that Luc Jobin has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the CN Board effective as of July 1st, 2016. Jobin joined CN as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer in 2009 following a successful career as a senior executive at Imasco, Imperial Tobacco, British American Tobacco and Power Corporation.

TMX Group Limited [TORONTO] announced that Michael Ptasznik, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned from the organization to pursue another opportunity. Frank Di Liso, Vice President, Corporate Finance and Administration, will be acting as interim Chief Financial Officer.

GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc. [LASALLE, QC] (TSX: GDI) announced that its Chief Financial Officer Pierre Gagne will be leaving GDI to pursue another career opportunity in the private sector. Jocelyn Trottier who served as GDI’s Chief Financial Officer from March 2009 until October 2012 and subsequently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kevlar Group Inc., until recently returning to GDI as Executive Vice President and President of GDI Services (Quebec) L.P., will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer.

Vitaeris Inc. [VANCOUVER] announced the appointment of John Parkinson as chief financial officer. Prior executive roles include chief executive officer of a diverse group of investment funds, chief financial officer of Protox Therapeutics Inc., a TSX listed bio-technology company and vice president (Finance) at Aspreva Pharmaceuticals.
