Tracking CFO Movement Across Canada.

RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: REI.UN) announced that it has appointed Cynthia Devine as Chief Financial Officer of RioCan effective March 16, 2015. Ms. Devine was the Chief Financial Officer at Tim Hortons from 2003 until 2014, and is a director of Empire Company Limited. Ms. Devine has served as a senior executive in a financial capacity at Maple Leaf Foods and Pepsi-Cola Canada, where she was CFO. Ms. Devine was also a member of the Board of Directors of ING Direct Canada from 2009 until its sale to Scotiabank in 2012.

Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners L.P. (TSX: BEP.UN) announced that Sachin Shah has been named President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Shah joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2002 and has held a number of senior management positions. Mr. Shah joined Brookfield Renewable in 2011 as its Chief Financial Officer and has been instrumental in the implementation of the company’s business strategy. The Board is also pleased to announce that Nicholas (Nick) Goodman has been named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Goodman joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2010 after eight years in the banking sector. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield’s European Operations before joining Brookfield Renewable in 2014 as Senior Vice-President, Finance.

NanoStruck Technologies Inc. (CSE: NSK) announced the appointment of Steve McCann as NanoStruck’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In 2006, Mr. McCann was appointed CFO of Cubus Lux plc. Previously, he worked for Milliken & Co. Steve McCann, a member of the board of directors of the Company, takes over the CFO position from Richard Goldman.

Cliffside Capital Ltd. announced that Yazdi Bharucha has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company, replacing Michael Chong. Mr. Bharucha currently serves on the Board of Directors of Centric Health Corporation (TSX: CHH); Genesis Land Development Corp (TSX: GDC); Rouge Valley Hospital System; and Goodwill Industries Inc. Notably, Mr. Bharucha was a founder of Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: CAR.UN) and served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from 1997 until his retirement in 2009.
