Tracking CFO Movement Across Canada.

SQI Diagnostics Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: SQD) approved the promotion of Patricia Lie to Vice President Finance and Administration replacing Lennie Ryer who has left the Company as Chief Financial Officer. For the past five years Ms. Lie has held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at SQI. Prior to joining SQI, Ms. Lie was Professor of Business (Accounting) at Sheridan College; held various roles at Toronto Dominion Bank Financial Group following five years at PwC LLP, a Canadian public audit firm.

Blackline Safety Corp. [CALGARY] (TSX-V: BLN) announced that Peter Dorrius, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position. As Mr. Dorrius departs to pursue other interests, Shane Grennan joins Blackline as the company’s new CFO.

Quantum International Income Corp. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: QIC) announced that Paul Andersen has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Andersen is the managing partner of Forbes Andersen LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, and has over twenty years of experience in senior management roles with both public and private companies.

Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust [CALGARY] (TSX: NVU.UN) announced the resignation of Robert Palmer, Chief Financial Officer. Northview has commenced a search for Mr. Palmer’s replacement. In the interim, Northview’s internal accounting team will be overseen by Todd Cook, President and Chief Executive Officer and Leslie Veiner, Chief Operating Officer, both of whom have served as Chief Financial Officers for publicly listed companies in their careers.
