Walter Saladin Directeur des finances - CFO de Acino

La société Acino a nommé Walter Saladin Chief Financial Officer (CFO) et membre de la direction.


M. Saladin entrera en fonction le 1er mars 2012 et succédera à Robert Schmid. Ce dernier a décidé de reprendre son poste précédent de directeur des finances de la filiale Acino AG à Miesbach en Allemagne, pour des raisons personnelles, a indiqué la société.

Pendant les dix dernières années, M. Saladin a été CFO et membre de la direction de Mepha. Dans cette fonction, il a été responsable des divisions Controllings, Finances et Comptabilité, Informatique, Management du personnel et juridique du groupe.

Acino names new Chief Financial Officer

Acino names Walter Saladin as the Group’s
new Chief Financial Officer and a Member of Group Management effective March 1, 2012. In this function, he is replacing Robert Schmid who, for personal reasons, has decided to return to his previous position as Chief Financial Officer of the subsidiary Acino AG (in Miesbach, Germany).

For the past ten years, Walter Saladin has been Chief Financial Officer and a Member of Management of Mepha AG. In this role he was responsible for controlling, finance and accounting, IT, human resources and legal of the Group. Previously, he held various senior management positions in finance and controlling with industrial companies in Switzerland, and as a consultant and project leader with the Swiss Trust Company AG, Switzerland’s oldest trust business.
