Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) announced that Ken Goldman will join the company as chief financial officer (CFO), effective Oct. 22. Goldman joins Yahoo! from Fortinet, where he served as CFO. Prior to Fortinet, Goldman spent nearly six years as senior vice president of finance and administration and CFO of Siebel Systems, until the company’s acquisition by Oracle Corp. in January 2006. He has held CFO positions at Excite@Home, Sybase, Cypress Semiconductor and VLSI Technology. Goldman succeeds Yahoo! CFO Tim Morse, who has been with the company since June 2009.

RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) announced that James F. Gooch has stepped down from his positions as chief executive officer and director of the Company. Dorvin Lively, the Company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, will assume the interim role as acting CEO, working under the Board’s oversight.

Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SVNT) announced the appointment of John P. Hamill as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Hamill served as Chief Financial Officer of PharmaNet Development Group, Inc. Prior to PharmaNet, Mr. Hamill held senior financial management positions of increasing responsibility and breadth at Omnicare Clinical Research and financial management positions at Rhone-Poulenc, Freedom Chemical Company, International Paper and Johnson & Johnson.

Nexersys announced that Mark Davis has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Davis previously served at Dell Computer Corporation where he held multiple finance and operations executive positions in North America, Europe and other worldwide territories. After leaving Dell, Davis served as a partner and consultant at Stanhope Consulting.

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY) announced that Dale A. Schnittjer, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will be retiring from that position effective November 18, 2012. Susan L. Main, Teledyne’s current vice president and controller, will become senior vice president and chief financial officer. Main re-joined Teledyne in 2004, having held numerous financial roles at the former Teledyne, Inc. and related publicly-traded spin-off companies for the past 23 years.

The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and Health Care Compliance Association have hired Janice Meyer as its Chief Financial Officer. Meyer was most recently the Controller at Rust Consulting Inc., and previous to that she held the Finance Director position at Minneapolis-based Rider Bennett law firm.Syncsort Inc.

Syncsort announced that it has appointed Gary Deutsch to the position of chief financial officer. Deutsch joins Syncsort from M5 Networks (now ShoreTel) where he served as chief financial officer. Deutsch previously held senior leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs, Applied Graphics Technologies and Ztango (now part of RealNetworks). Additionally, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at the Walt Disney Company.

HealthWarehouse.com, Inc. (OTC: HEWA) announced that Eduardo Altamirano has been named Chief Financial Officer. Eduardo joined HealthWarehouse.com in May 2012 and prior to this promotion served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications.

Mercy Corps announced that Beth deHamel has joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Mercy Corps, deHamel served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) for nearly 4 years. Prior to TriMet, deHamel was the Vice President and Manager of Northwest Public Finance for Goldman Sachs & Co. Before that, deHamel spent 5 years at Morgan Stanley, as Executive Director of the Public Finance Department. Earlier in her career, deHamel spent a decade and a half in New York working as Managing Director and Vice President of Municipal Capital Markets for BT Securities Corporation and as Vice President of Municipal Investment Banking for PainWebber, Inc.

Bizo has hired Annie Wayne to be the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Wayne served as CFO for HomeRun where she was instrumental in the growth and sale of the company to ReardenCommerce. Prior to HomeRun, Wayne served as CFO of marketing analytics company Biz360. Wayne previously ran the finance organization for Model N, Inc.

North Jersey Community Bank (NJCB) announced that William S. Burns has joined as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NJCB, effective Oct. 1, 2012. Burns replaces Frank Baier, who will be pursuing other interests and will remain with NJCB as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Burns joins NJCB from Somerset Hills Bancorp, where he was Chief Financial Officer since 2009. Previously, Burns was Chief Financial Officer at The Trust Company of New Jersey, which sold to North Fork Bank. In addition, Burns was Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at The Dime Savings Bank of New York, and has also held senior level positions at Summit Bank and The Bank of New York.David Heimburger

Saint Louis University has named David Heimburger vice president and chief financial officer. He had served as interim VP and CFO since October 2011. Heimburger joined SLU in 2009 as director of financial planning and budget. He was promoted to controller in January 2011. In October 2011, he was named interim VP and CFO. Prior to joining SLU, Heimburger spent more than two decades at Anheuser-Busch and A-B InBev, where he served in multiple capacities.

GlobalWise Investments, Inc. (OTC: GWIV) and its wholly owned subsidiary Intellinetics, Inc. announced the appointment of Kendall “Ken” D. Gill as Chief Financial Officer of GlobalWise, replacing Matthew L. Chretien in that role. Mr. Chretien remains a member of the Board of Directors of GlobalWise, in addition to remaining as the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Treasurer of GlobalWise. Most recently, Mr. Gill has served as an accounting contractor to GlobalWise to assist in the transformation from a privately owned company to publicly held company.

JELD-WEN, Inc. announced today the appointment of Scott Cottrill as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Since 2005, Mr. Cottrill has been Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Goodrich. Prior to that, Mr. Cottrill led Goodrich’s internal audit department.

California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) announced that effective Martin A. Kropelnicki will assume the role of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Thomas F. Smegal IIIwill assume the role of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Kropelnicki joined California Water Service Group as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in March of 2006. Previously, he held executive and management level positions at PowerLight Corporation, Hall Kinion & Associates, Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, and Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Smegal joined California Water Service Group in 1997 and was named Vice President, Regulatory Matters and Corporate Relations in 2008. Prior to 1997, he held positions at the California Public Utilities Commission.

TelVue® Corporation (OTC: TEVE) has appointed Emmett Hume as its Chief Financial Officer. Hume has been a senior vice president at General Electric’s satellite communications company, and spent six years working as an associate and vice president in corporate finance and merchant banking at a subsidiary of the Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Fortress International Group, Inc. (OTC: FIGI) announced that it has appointed Ken Schwarz as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schwarz replaces Timothy C. Dec, who resigned to pursue other opportunities. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Schwarz was CFO and SVP of Information Systems at Primus Telecommunications Group (PTGI). Prior to PTGI, he was President and CFO of Simplexity, LLC. Previously, he was President, Consumer Solutions, EVP and CFO of Intersections Inc. (INTX). Additionally, he has held executive positions at companies including WinStar Telecommunications, Cable & Wireless, TeleSpectrum, Unitel Communications, National Telephone Services, MCI and Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Barclaycard US, the payments business of Barclays in the United States, announced the appointment of Gerald (Jerry) Pavelich as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Barclaycard US, he served as CFO with CUNA Mutual Group. Before CUNA, he spent eight years with Citigroup – most recently as CFO for Citibank North America. Before joining Citibank, Mr. Pavelich spent 21 years at GE Capital where he held several executive-level finance positions.

CrowdGather (OTC: CRWG) announced the appointment of Jonathan Weiss as Chief Financial Officer, replacing the Company’s previous Chief Financial Officer, Gaurav Singh. Mr. Weiss most recently headed up finance and business operations for a Bay Area Internet startup, Xtranormal. Prior to that, Mr. Weiss was Chief Financial Officer of Sandbox Industries. Mr. Weiss was also a regional CFO for a Goldman Sachs Partners Company, USI Holdings, and began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Enphase Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENPH) announced the appointment of Kris Sennesael as its Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Sennesael was chief financial officer at Standard Microsystems (SMSC). Prior to SMSC, Sennesael held CFO and other high-ranking financial positions at companies such as ON Semiconductor, AMI Semiconductor, Alcatel Microelectronics and Alcatel.

Advanstar announced that Thomas W. Ehardt, current executive vice president and chief administrative officer, has been named to the additional position of Chief Financial Officer. Ehardt previously served as chief executive officer for Advogent Group within the Platinum Equity Group. Before joining Advogent Group in 2007, Ehardt held the position of CEO at Jobson Publishing Group and served as EVP and chief financial officer at Thomson Healthcare.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (NYSE: RCL) announced that Brian Rice has been promoted to Vice Chairman and CFO of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Rice has been with Royal Caribbean for over 20 years, most recently as Executive Vice President and CFO. Prior to that, Rice has served in a variety of senior management positions, including Senior Vice President, Revenue Performance. He has also served as Vice President, Market Planning and Development; and Director, Revenue Planning and Analysis.

Aratana Therapeutics announced it has appointed Louise Mawhinney as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Aratana Therapeutics, Ms. Mawhinney was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ikonisys, Inc. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer at Helicos BioSciences Corporation. Prior to Helicos, Ms. Mawhinney was Chief Financial Officer for ArQule, Inc. From 2000-2003, Ms. Mawhinney was Chief Financial Officer, and a founding member, of eSpendwise. Ms. Mawhinney also served as Chief Financial Officer at The Butcher Company; Group Controller at Lifetime Corporation; and a Senior Tax Specialist at KPMG in Boston.

ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ONNN) announced the promotion of Bernard Gutmann to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Gutmann replaces Donald Colvin. The company announced his resignation as Executive Vice President and CFO in August. Before his recent promotion to Executive Vice President and CFO, Mr. Gutmann worked with ON Semiconductor as Vice President, Corporate Analysis & Strategy of Semiconductor Components Industry LLC (SCILLC), serving in that position from April 2006 to his recent promotion. Mr. Gutmann also served and will continue to serve as the CFO of SANYO Semiconductor Co., Ltd. the corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary, a position he has held since March 2011. From November 2002 to April 2006, Mr. Gutmann served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury of SCILLC. From September 1999 to November 2002, he held the position of Director, Financial Planning & Analysis of SCILLC. Prior to joining ON Semiconductor, Gutmann served in various financial positions with Motorola, Inc. from 1982 to 1999.

Swisher Hygiene Inc. (NASDAQ: SWSH) announced the resignation of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Brian Krass. Swisher Hygiene also announced the appointment of William T. Nanovsky to serve as Interim Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swisher Hygiene. Since September 2011, he has been a founding Partner of The SCA Group, LLC (“SCA”). Before SCA, from May 1998 to September 2011, Mr. Nanovsky was a Partner of Tatum, LLC, and served on Tatum’s Board of Managers from 2003 through 2007. Prior to Tatum, Mr. Nanovsky served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Seneca Foods Corporation.

Inergy, L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) announced that R. Brooks Sherman, Jr., currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to President of Inergy, L.P. Mr. Sherman joined Inergy in 2000 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Inergy since joining. The company also announced that Michael J. Campbell, currently Vice President and Treasurer, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Inergy.

Purchasing Power has appointed Scott Rosenberg as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Purchasing Power, Mr. Rosenberg served as the CFO of GSI Commerce.

Executive AirShare announced Ben Clouse has joined the company as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Clouse joins Executive AirShare from H&R Block, where he served most recently as assistant vice president, audit services.

Rocket Lawyer™ announced the appointment of Paul Hollerbach as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Hollerbach joins Rocket Lawyer from Current TV, LLC, where he served as CFO since October 2007. Prior to Current, Hollerbach spent nearly 10 years at Yahoo! where he held a range of senior finance roles, including Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations and Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to Yahoo!, Hollerbach worked at Silicon Graphics Inc., KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP.
