Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE: TAP) announced that Stewart Glendinning, current Global Chief Financial Officer for Molson Coors, has been named CEO of the company’s UK & Ireland business. Prior to his current role, Glendinning was Chief Financial Officer for Molson Coors UK. Before joining Molson Coors in 2005, Glendinning worked with KPMG and then with The Hackett Group. Gavin Hattersley has been named to succeed Glendinning as Global Chief Financial Officer for Molson Coors. Prior to this promotion, Hattersley served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for MillerCoors, the US joint venture owned by Molson Coors and SAB Miller plc, since its inception in 2008. Previously, Hattersley was senior vice president, finance, for Miller Brewing Company, a position he took in October 2002. He came to Miller from SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he served as chief financial officer since 1999. He joined SAB Limited in 1997 and held several financial management positions before his appointment as CFO. Prior to joining SAB Limited, he spent almost 10 years at Barloworld Limited.

Ramtron International Corporation (NASDAQ: RMTR) announced that it has named its interim chief financial officer, Gery E. Richards, as chief financial officer effective immediately. Mr. Richards, 60, has served as Ramtron’s interim chief financial officer since October 2011. Richards joined Ramtron in 2004, became controller in 2008, and was appointed interim chief financial officer in October 2011. Mr. Richards began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse and later served as an auditor, financial analyst, controller and cost accountant for Martin Marietta, Digital Equipment, United Technologies and Apple, respectively. Just prior to joining Ramtron, he was vice president of finance at Facilitek Office Systems and vice president of finance at Photo Stencil Corporation.

Philip Morris International Inc. (NYSE: PM) announced that Hermann Waldemer, Chief Financial Officer, has elected to take early retirement effective July 31, 2012. He will be succeeded by Jacek Olczak, currently President, European Union Region, effective August 1, 2012. Since joining PMI in 1993, Jacek has held a series of increasingly senior positions in Finance, Sales and Operations, including General Manager Romania, Managing Director Poland and the Baltic States, Area Vice President Central Europe and Managing Director Germany and Austria.

NDB Energy, Inc. (OTC: NDBE) announced that Rhonda B. Rosen has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, she held the position of Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Ms. Rosen also serves as partner at Tatum, an executive services firm, where she provides executive level financial consulting. She had previous roles with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, Validus Pharmaceuticals (Treasurer and CFO), Wood Creek Capital Management (SVP), Putnam Lovell NBF (Managing Director) and CIBC World Markets (formerly Oppenheimer & Co.) (Managing Director), among others.

Serena Software announced the appointment of Joseph Passarello as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance. Mr. Passarello served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aptina Imaging immediately prior to joining Serena and earlier held Chief Financial Officer positions at AMI Semiconductor and Therma-Wave, Inc.

FinancialForce.com announced that Steve Cakebread has been elected to FinancialForce.com’s Board of Directors. Mr. Cakebread currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Pandora. Before Pandora, Mr. Cakebread served as the President, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Salesforce.com, and has served in executive roles at Xactly and Autodesk. He also serves on the Board of Directors of ServiceSource and SolarWinds.

Furniture Brands International (NYSE: FBN) announced that Vance Johnston has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Johnston assumes responsibilities from Steven Rolls, Furniture Brands’ current Chief Financial Officer, following his resignation. Johnston joined Furniture Brands in March 2010 and has since served as Senior Vice President, Growth and Transformation. He started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick and held corporate strategy roles at Burger King, OfficeMax and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Prior to joining Furniture Brands he was Chief Financial Officer at Miami Jewish Health Systems.

TruTouch Technologies named David Desrochers as the Chief Financial Officer. He most recently worked with Accounting Management Solutions in the Boston area where he was the interim CFO for 3 different companies.

ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZLTQ) announced that the Board of Directors has promoted Chief Financial Officer Joshua Brumm to Senior Vice President, from Vice President. Mr. Brumm has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2012. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations.

MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKSI) announced the appointment Elizabeth A. Mora to its Board of Directors. Ms. Mora is the Chief Financial Officer of The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. Ms. Mora has served since 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer of The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. From 1997 until 2008, she worked for Harvard University, ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Finance at the University, and previously serving as Associate Vice President, Research Administration and the Director of the Office of Sponsored Research. Prior to joining Harvard, Ms. Mora worked for Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) from 1989 to 1997 and was one of the founding members of its National Regulatory Consulting Practice. She also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of the Olin College of Engineering.

ZIOPHARM Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZIOP) announced that it has appointed Jason A. Amello as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. For 11 years, Mr. Amello served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Genzyme Corporation, a Sanofi company, most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to Genzyme, Mr. Amello spent 10 years in the business advisory and assurance practice of Deloitte & Touche.

Eastern Bank announced the appointment of James B. Fitzgerald as chief financial officer. In, 2009, Fitzgerald co-founded and was chief financial officer for NBH Holdings Corp., the bank holding company for Bank Midwest NA of Kansas City. Prior to that, Fitzgerald served as an executive vice president and chief financial officer at Citizens Financial Group for eight years. He began his career as a financial leader in mergers and acquisitions at First Fidelity Bancorp, Citizens Financial Group and Washington Mutual.

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ: BMRN) announced the appointment of Dan Spiegelman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Spiegelman will replace long-time BioMarin CFO, Jeffrey Cooper, at the end of the month. Mr. Spiegelman most recently served as a consultant to provide strategic financial management support to a portfolio of public and private life science companies. He is a member of the board of directors at several companies including Affymax, Inc. and Oncothyreon Inc. From 1998 to 2009, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CV Therapeutics. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Spiegelman served various roles at Genentech, Inc., most recently as Treasurer.

Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) announced that Earl Shanks, currently CFO, plans to leave the company in the third quarter of 2012 after leading the corporate simplification process and reporting the company’s second quarter results. Shanks will be succeeded as CFO by Andre Valentine, currently Senior Vice President Finance for Customer Management. Previously, Valentine served as Senior Vice President and Controller. Valentine has been with Convergys and its predecessor companies since 1997.

Intronis announced the appointment of Jacquelyn Barry Hamilton to CFO. Hamilton joins Intronis from Monster Worldwide, where she served for eight years – four years as divisional CFO of Monster Worldwide Technologies and four years in corporate finance as a vice president/

Augusta Resource Corporation (Amex: AZC) announced the retirement of Raghunath N. Reddy as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and appointed Joseph M. Longpré as his successor. Mr. Longpré was most recently Corporate Vice President advising on M&A and project finance transactions at URS Corporation. Previously he was Managing Director of the Mining Group at BMO Nesbitt Burns.

A. M. Castle & Co. (NYSE: CAS) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Scott F. Stephens as interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He replaces Michael H. Goldberg in his role as President and CEO. Mr. Goldberg has also resigned as a Director of the Company. Mr. Stephens also will retain his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Neato Robotics announced the appointment of John Niedermaier as the company’s new chief financial officer. Niedermaier,was most recently served as CFO for Tigo Energy, Inc. Prior to his former role at Tigo Energy, Inc., Niedermaier served as executive vice president, COO and CFO of LGC Wireless, Inc. Before joining LGC, John served in CFO roles at Jetstream Communications, Inc., and SCM Microsystems, Inc.

BackOffice Associates, LLC announced the addition of John Kinzer as Chief Financial Officer. Before BackOffice, Kinzer served as the CFO for Blackboard, Inc. Prior to Blackboard, Kinzer held significant roles at MCI Worldcom and Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Qualstar Corporation (NASDAQ: QBAK) announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Lawrence D. Firestone to the position of Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, to succeed William J. Gervais, who will retire as of June 15, 2012. Mr. Firestone will commence his new position by June 4, 2012. Until he commences his new duties with Qualstar, he will continue in his current position as the Chief Financial Officer of Xiotech Corporation, a position he has held since February 2011. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Firestone was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE: MHO) announced that William H. Carter, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Momentive Performance Materials Holdings LLC, has been appointed to the M/I Homes Board of Directors. Mr. Carter will serve as a member of the Audit Committee. Prior to his role as EVP and CFO and director of Momentive, Mr. Carter previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. and Borden, Inc. Prior to joining Borden, Inc. in 1995, Mr. Carter worked at Price Waterhouse for 20 years and was a partner for 8 years.

The Singing Machine Company, Inc. (OBB: SMDM) announced the appointment of Lionel Marquis from Principal Accounting Officer to Chief Financial Officer effectively immediately. Former Interim CFO, Ms. Carol Lau, will resign from the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer but will remain with the Company as Chairwoman of the Board. Mr. Marquis joined the Company in June 2008 as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. For the past 16 years Mr. Marquis has served as Controller and or Chief Financial Officer for several manufacturing and distribution companies including Computer Products, Inc. First Southern Bank announced that Tracy L. Keegan has joined the company as chief financial officer and chief operating. Keegan most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Florida Community Bank, N.A., in Miami. She also has served as senior vice president and investor relations director for EverBank Financial Corporation in Jacksonville and in executive positions at Bank of Florida Corporation, The Prudential Banks and other financial services companies.

Professional Bank appointed Julio R. Martinez as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Professional Bank, Martinez was Senior Vice President, CFO at Union Credit Bank . Martinez also held senior positions at BAC Florida Bank as CFO; BDO Seidman; Executive National Bank; Morrison Brown Argiz & Co; and at Commercebank, N.A. Prior to his banking and accounting career, Mr. Martinez served in the United States Marines.

InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDCC) announced that Scott A. McQuilkin, who has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2007, will expand his role to oversee InterDigital’s strategic efforts to broaden the company’s operating model through new licensing opportunities, patent sales, and partnerships. In addition, Mr. McQuilkin will lead the company’s corporate development and finance teams. In this elevated role, his title will be Senior Executive Vice President, Strategy and Finance. Richard J. Brezski, who joined InterDigital in 2003 as the company’s Controller and was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in 2007, was named Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. McQuilkin joined InterDigital as Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Prior to InterDigital, Mr. McQuilkin served as Chief Financial Officer for Metavante Lending Solutions. Mr. McQuilkin had joined GHR Systems, which subsequently was acquired by Metavante Corporation, in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Brezski joined InterDigital as Controller in 2003 and was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in 2007. Prior to joining InterDigital, Mr. Brezski served as an audit manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) announced that Tim G. Guttman has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Guttman had been serving as the Company’s Acting Chief Financial Officer since February 13, 2012, and was Vice President and Corporate Controller since joining AmerisourceBergen in 2002. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, Guttman was Vice President of Finance at Syncor International Corporation, and also previously held financial planning and managerial positions at Disney Consumer Products, Pizza Hut, Inc., and PepsiCo, Inc.

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: QTWW) announced that W. Brian Olson, who had been serving as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, was appointed to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer and Bradley J. Timon, who had been serving as the Company’s Corporate Controller, was appointed to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer.

Myrexis, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYRX) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed David W. Gryska as Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Mr. Gryska have been appointed to Myrexis’ Board of Directors. Mr. Gryska is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celgene Corporation. Auto Truck Group announced that their CFO, Gage McCotter will retire effective June 1, 2012.

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) announced that David L. Messenger has resigned his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
