CFO Moves this week include:

The San Diego Padres announced they have named Ronda Sedillo senior vice president/chief financial officer. She spent the past 12 years at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. (AGIA), most recently serving as chief accounting officer for seven years. Prior to her time at AGIA, Sedillo spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving as a tax manager for the final three years of her tenure.Jared DiPalma

NBCUniversal announced that Jared DiPalma has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer for NBCUniversal Entertainment & Digital Networks and Integrated Media (E&DN/IM). Most recently, DiPalma served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for E&DN/IM, a role he held since June of 2011. DiPalma joined NBCUniversal in 2008 as Vice President, Finance for the Company’s national ad sales organization. Prior to joining NBCUniversal, he was a four year member of General Electric’s prestigious Corporate Audit Staff. He began his career in 2002 as part of the GE Capital Financial Management Program.

Terex Corporation (NYSE:TEX) announced that Kevin Bradley, currently President, Terex Cranes, will transition to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective immediately after the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2012. Mr. Bradley was named President, Terex Cranes in January 2011. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Bradley had served as President, Terex Financial Services since joining Terex in 2005. Prior to joining Terex, Mr. Bradley had financial roles of increasing responsibility at GE Capital and AT&T Capital. Terex previously announced that Phil Widman would be retiring as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March 31, 2013.

BlueTarp Financial announced it has named Will Porter as its new chief financial officer. Most recently, he served as the CFO at Signiant. Previously, Porter was the vice president of finance at Phase Forward,

International Bancard announced that Joseph Valentic has been named Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining International Bancard, Joe was an independent consultant in the commercial banking space.

First Internet Bank of Indiana, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Internet Bancorp (OTC: FIBP), announced that Kay Whitaker has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Whitaker comes to First Internet Bank following five years as CFO at Central Indiana Community Foundation, where she was named 2012 CFO of the Year in the not-for-profit sector by the Indianapolis Business Journal. Prior to that, Ms. Whitaker was Vice President and CFO/Treasurer at Citizens Energy.

Knoa Software announced the appointment of Kent Jarvi as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Knoa Software, he served as the CFO at Liazon Corporation. He has also served as CFO at GridApp Systems, IGA Worldwide Inc., Ejasent, Driveway Corporation, Fabrik Communications, Optimal Networks, AirSoft and XA Systems Corporation.

Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI) announced that Michael W. Lowry, Operating Vice President, Treasurer of Owens & Minor, will assume the roles of Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Accounting Officer of Owens & Minor. Lowry has worked at Owens & Minor since 1988, was appointed Treasurer in 2009. Lowry will replace D. Andrew Edwards, Vice President, Controller, Chief Accounting Officer & Acting Chief Financial Officer, who is leaving the company effective February 7, 2013, to pursue a new career opportunity. Edwards joined Owens & Minor in 2009.

Columbia Laboratories Inc. (NASDAQ: CBRX) announced the appointment of Jonathan B. Lloyd Jones, as Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer and vice president of corporate development at TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Lloyd Jones was vice president of finance at TransMolecular, Inc. During the prior 10 years, he was employed by Genzyme as a senior director of corporate development. Earlier in his career Mr. Lloyd Jones headed banking and financial operations at The Royal Bank of Scotland (Nassau) Ltd., part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Mr. Lloyd Jones replaces Lawrence A. Gyenes, formerly Columbia’s Chief Financial Officer, who will remain with the Company through January 31, 2013.

Sound Physicians announced the appointment of Dena Parker as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer. Parker most recently served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of the respiratory division of Apria Healthcare. Prior to Apria, she led acquisition integration as a member of PacifiCare’s corporate development team, served as CFO of a medical management organization and a healthcare technology company, and was Vice President of Finance for a utilization management company.

LeanKit announced the appointment of Leonard Safford to its executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Safford comes to LeanKit after serving as Chief Financial Officer at the start-up Universal Safety Response, Inc.

AtriCure, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRC) that M. Andrew Wade has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Andy has over 15 years of financial experience, the past five with AtriCure building the finance and accounting team. Prior to joining AtriCure, Andy held various financial positions with Macy’s Inc., Saks Inc., and Arthur Andersen.

Dovel Technologies announced the appointment of Ronald B. Alexander as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Alexander held CFO roles with Schafer Corporation, McNeil Technologies and Analex.

I-Cubed has hired Doug Driver as their new CFO and VP of Operations. Driver has worked with Wells Fargo for over 14 years. He began his career with Wachovia Bank’s Institutional Trust group. For the last 10 years he has worked with small and middle-market companies, first as a commercial loan underwriter and then as a relationship manager in the business banking segment.

American Water Works Company Inc. (NYSE: AWK) announced Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Ellen Wolf plans to retire during the first half of 2013.Kristofer Howard

Medline Industries, Inc. announced today that Kristofer Howard has joined the company as its chief financial officer. Howard has more than a dozen years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles at Baxter and KPMG, as well as strong experience in commercial operations also at Baxter.

Quick-Med Technologies, Inc. (OTC: QMDT) announced that it has Paul H. Jenssen as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and corporate secretary. He replaces Nam H. Nguyen. He started his career at Deloitte Touche (1978-1984) before becoming Treasurer at Associated Press (1984-1998). In addition to working as a consultant since 1998, he was the CFO, COO and a Senior Managing Director at Rothschild North America investment bank (1998-2006).

EVO Payments International announced today that Kevin M. Hodges has become its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He previously held various senior financial leadership positions at Global Payments Inc. and worked at Deloitte & Touche.

Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE:THO) announced that it has named Dominic Romeo as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective February 4, 2013. Mr. Romeo most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded IDEX Corporation. Mr. Romeo began his career as an audit manager and CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He went on to hold key positions with General Electric and AlliedSignal, Inc., and later Honeywell where he served in a number of roles over his nine year tenure, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell Aerospace. Mr. Romeo’s board affiliations include Federal Signal Corporation and GSI Group.

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ, IDXX) announced that Merilee Raines will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following the Annual Meeting of Stockholders in May 2013. Ms. Raines has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2003 and has been employed by the Company since 1985.

Peerless Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: PRLS) has appointed Yi Tsai as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tsai has served as the Company’s principal financial officer under a consulting arrangement since November 7, 2012. He served as Executive Director at Nexos Capital Partners, a private equity firm, from August 2005 until the date of his appointment as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. From April to December 2011, Mr. Tsai also served as Senior Financial Advisor to C-Quest Capital. Between 1992 and 2003, Mr. Tsai held senior positions at a number of private equity and venture capital funds. Mr. Tsai began his career in public accounting, working as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche and Bell & Company, before joining Colgate-Palmolive Company as a corporate auditor.

First Federal of Northern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFNM) announced the resignation of Amy E. Essex, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

InnSuites Hospitality Trust (NYSE: IHT) announced the retirement of Anthony Waters who has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Trust since February 2000.

Command Security Corporation (NYSE: MOC) announced the appointment of N. Paul Brost as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Brost served as the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of UNISYS Federal Systems from 2009 until 2010. In addition, from 2001 until 2009, he was the Senior Vice President, Finance for Orbital Sciences Corporation. The Company also announced that Barry Regenstein stepped down as Chief Financial Officer, effective upon Mr. Brost’s appointment. At the same time, Mr. Regenstein agreed to remain with the Company in his role of President through the end of the Company’s current fiscal year, which ends March 31, 2013. Nathalie Le Bos

Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) announced Nathalie Le Bos was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Le Bos assumes the role previously held by Ann Garreaud, who was recently appointed Global Chief Financial Officer, Publicis Worldwide in Paris, France. A seven-year veteran of Publicis Groupe, Le Bos recently served as Chief Financial Officer, Europe for PHCG. She also served as Operations Control Director for Publicis Worldwide. Prior to her tenure at Publicis, she worked for TEQUILA (an Omnicom Group company) as Chief Financial Officer and for the Havas Group in several roles.BLU HOMES, INC. GARY MARTELL

Blu Homes, Inc. announced that Gary Martell has joined the company as chief financial officer. He joins Blu from MicroProbe where he served as CFO. Prior to his experience at MicroProbe, Mr. Martell served as the CFO of UPEK and Stion. He also served as chief operating officer of Cobalt Networks. At Sun Microsystems, Mr. Martell became Vice President of Network Storage Operations. Mr. Martell also spent more than 10 years at Wyse Technology, where he worked in several positions, including CFO and Vice President of Operations.

Equal Energy Ltd. (NYSE: EQU) named Scott Smalling as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Smalling was most recently Treasury Manager at a major independent public oil and gas company. Dell Chapman, the current Senior Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will remain with Equal until the company has completed its year-end audit and reporting requirements, and preparations for the 2013 annual shareholder meeting.

Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR) announced that it has appointed Mallorie Burak as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Burak will succeed Timothy Burns. Ms. Burak will join Rainmaker from Foodlink, where she was Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Burak has worked as Principal Financial Officer at Southwall Technologies. Before joining Southwall, she was Finance Director for the Communications Global Business Unit at Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle, Ms. Burak served as Director of Revenue at Portal Software (acquired by Oracle). She has also held various financial management positions with Silicon Valley companies, including Hewlett Packard, TrueSAN Networks, and Zilog.Robert Bendetti

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) announced that Robert Bendetti has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Most recently he served as V.P. of Finance at Galey & Lord Industries. Robert’s experience has spanned a variety of industries from consumer packaged goods to global aerospace engineering, including work with Lockheed Martin, Hormel Foods, Diamond Crystal Brands and the Coastal Logistics Group.

Vestin Entities announced that Eric Bullinger resigned his position as Chief Financial officer as Vestin Realty Mortgage I, Inc., Vestin Realty Mortgage II, Inc and the equivalent of Chief Financial Officer of Vestin Fund III, LLC. Vestin also announced the appointment of Tracee Gress as Chief Financial Officer of Vestin Realty Mortgage I, Inc., Vestin Realty Mortgage II, Inc. and the equivalent of the Chief Financial Officer of Vestin Fund III, LLC.

Roomlinx, Inc. (OTC: RMLX) announced that Anthony DiPaolo is no longer the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. The company appointed Alan Fine as the Company’s interim Principal Accounting Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer. From 2008 through 2011, Mr. Fine served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pearlstine Distributors. Mr. Fine joined the Company in 2011, assuming the role of Vice President of Finance.

LodgeNet Interactive Corporation (NASDAQ: LNET) announced upon the departure of its President and CEO, Rich Battista, Frank Elsenbast, the Company’s CFO, has been appointed interim co-CEO.

Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK) and Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) announced today that Assi Ginzburg, currently an Executive Vice President for both companies, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of both Delek US and the general partner of Delek Logistics. He succeeds Mark Cox, who will continue to serve as an Executive Vice President of both companies through March 31, 2013 to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Ginzburg has been with Delek US since 2004 and Delek Logistics since its inception in 2012, working in a variety of senior management and financial roles.

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. announced that Jason B. Cagle, currently the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Head of Acquisitions, has been named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cagle will replace Mark Kopser, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, who was named Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s European business following its spin-off in April 2012. Mr. Kopser will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until the filing of the Company’s 2012 annual report, at which time Mr. Cagle will assume the role. Prior to joining USPI, Mr. Cagle was a corporate attorney with Vinson & Elkins, LLP where, among other things, he worked on USPI’s initial public offering and high-yield bond issue.

First Financial Bancorp (NASDAQ: FFBC) announced that Anthony M. Stollings, EVP and Chief Risk Officer has been named the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. He will succeed J. Franklin Hall, EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Stollings joined First Financial in December 2006 as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. He has served as EVP and Chief Risk Officer since September 1, 2011. He previously spent 13 years with Provident Financial Group, Inc., where he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from 2002 to 2004 and Senior Vice President and Controller from 1998 to 2002.

HEI Hotels & Resorts announced that its Chief Investment Officer Clark Hanrattie has been promoted to Principal & Chief Financial Officer. Hanrattie joined HEI shortly after its formation in 2002. Prior to joining HEI a decade ago, Hanrattie was a partner at Olympus Real Estate Partners, the real estate-affiliate of LBO-firm Hicks Muse Tate & Furst.

ChemImage Corporation announced that Mark C. Brooks has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Brooks came to ChemImage in August of 2012. Previously with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, he spent four years as the Finance Director.

Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. (OTC: GPXM) appointed Dennis P. Gauger as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. He previously served as part-time, contract Chief Financial Officer of the Company from January 2004 to January 2008, and has served the Company as an independent accounting and compliance consultant from January 2008 to his current appointment as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. From May 2007 through December 2012, Mr. Gauger served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for BSD Medical Corporation. GlyEco, Inc. (OTC: GLYE) announced that Kevin J. Conner resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Alicia Williams, Secretary, Controller and VP of Internal Operations, was designated to serve as the Company’s interim principal financial officer.

Tenneco Inc. (NYSE:TEN) announced that Thomas C. Freyman has been elected to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately. Freyman is executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer for Abbott. Freyman has served in his current role – CFO and executive vice president, finance – since 2004, having been first appointed CFO and senior vice president, finance in 2001. From 1999 to 2001, he served as vice president and controller of Abbott’s Hospital Products Division. Prior to that, he held a number of financial planning and analysis positions with Abbott including treasurer for Abbott’s international operations and corporate vice president and treasurer.
