AAR CORP. [WOOD DALE, Ill.] (NYSE: AIR) announced that Timothy J. Romenesko has been appointed to serve as the Company’s Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. Romenesko will replace Michael J. Sharp, who is retiring from AAR after 20 years with the Company. Romenesko is a 35-year veteran of the Company and currently serves as its Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, Expeditionary Services. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2015. Before that he was Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 1994 to 2007. Romenesko joined AAR in 1981.

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. [MCLEAN, Va.] (NYSE: HLT) announced the appointment of James E. Mikolaichik as chief financial officer (CFO) of Hilton Grand Vacations. Mikolaichik joins HGV from Manning & Napier, Inc. Prior to Manning & Napier, he was with Old Mutual Asset Management as executive vice president, head of strategy and co-head of fund operations, as well as chief risk officer. Mikolaichik also worked for Deloitte LLP in various roles from 1993 to 2004.

Synovus Financial Corp. [COLUMBUS, Ga.] (NYSE: SNV) announced the appointment of Kevin Blair as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Blair currently serves as corporate treasurer of SunTrust Banks. He succeeds Tommy Prescott, who announced his retirement earlier this year after nearly 30 years of service. Prior to becoming corporate treasurer in 2015 and for the past 18 years, Blair served in various capacities with SunTrust, including director of SunTrust’s commercial specialty segment, chairman and chief executive officer of SunTrust’s Georgia/North Florida region. He began his financial services career at Signet Bank in Richmond, Virginia in 1995.

Manning & Napier, Inc. [FAIRPORT, N.Y.] (NYSE: MN) announced that it accepted the resignation of James Mikolaichik, Chief Financial Officer.

Barrett Business Services, Inc. [VANCOUVER, WA.] (NASDAQ: BBSI) has appointed Gary Kramer as chief financial officer. Kramer succeeds Interim CFO Tom Carley. Kramer joins the Company from Chubb Global Services. Prior to his current role at Chubb, Kramer served as divisional financial officer for ACE Financial Solutions.

Federal Realty Investment Trust [ROCKVILLE, Md.] announced the appointment of Dan Guglielmone to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer. Mr. Guglielmone comes from Vornado Realty Trust where he has served since 2003 as its Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Capital Markets. Prior to his time at Vornado, Dan spent 10 years in Investment Banking in the Real Estate and Lodging Group at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup in New York.

Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. [PITTSFIELD, Mass.] (NYSE: BHLB) announced that James “Jamie” M. Moses was appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank. Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Josephine Iannelli has chosen to leave the company. Moses joins Berkshire from Webster Bank where he served as Senior Vice President and Asset/Liability Manager. He joined Webster in 2011 from M&T Bank. Before that, he was with United Benelux Investments and with Credit Suisse.


Logicalis [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Sally Brandtneris to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Brandtneris has held positions with Eaton Corporation, Ingersoll-Rand, Sun Microsystems, Apollo Computer, and IBM. Most recently, Brandtneris served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Stefanini IT Solutions.

Sun Orchard [MIAMI] announced the appointment of Carl Colletti as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Colletti joins Sun Orchard from Fanatics, where he served as Chief Accounting Officer & Controller. Prior to Fanatics, he served as CFO of CIFC Asset Management and as SVP, Finance, of the Blackstone Group’s GSO Capital Partners. Previously, he served as Director and CFO of Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation and as VP and Controller of Financial Reporting for Neuberger Berman. Mr. Colletti began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he rose to the position of Manager, Assurance and Business Advisory Services.

Aurora Diagnostics [PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.] announced that it has promoted Michael Grattendick to Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Aurora in 2006, Mr. Grattendick served in a number of healthcare industry positions, including AmeriPath, Palm Beach Gardens, where he served as Regional Controller, Finance Director, and Director of Internal Control; and Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO, where he was senior accountant.

Creative Learning Corporation [SAINT AUGUSTINE, FL.] announced that it has named Christian Miller as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Miller has been working with the Company consulting on financial issues over the past several months. Prior to joining CLCN, Mr. Miller held a number of significant financial positions, including Controller at Pilot Pen Corporation of America, Corporate Controller at Pinova Holdings, Inc., and Director of Accounting and Reporting at Trailer Bridge, Inc.

American Midstream Partners, LP [DENVER] (NYSE: AMID) appointed Eric T. Kalamaras as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kalamaras succeeds Dan Campbell who served as Chief Financial Officer since 2012. Mr. Kalamaras most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Azure Midstream Partners, LP and Azure Midstream Company, LLC. Prior to Azure, Mr. Kalamaras served as Chief Financial Officer at Valerus Energy Holdings, Delphi Midstream Partners, and Atlas Pipeline Partners, LP. Prior to Atlas Pipeline Partners, he spent a combined 10 years at Wells Fargo and Banc of America Securities. Mr. Kalamaras started his career as a financial analyst at Ford Motor Company.

Ingenu Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced that Dan Halvorson has joined the company’s management team as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Ingenu, Halvorson held chief financial officer positions at several San Diego-based publicly held companies including Novatel Wireless, Inc., DivX, Inc. and OneRoof Energy, as well as executive finance roles at Dura Pharmaceutical and Alliance Pharmaceutical. Halvorson also served as executive vice president of operations and chief financial officer for DivX, Inc.

IRIDEX Corporation [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] (NASDAQ: IRIX) announced that Atabak Mokari will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to joining IRIDEX, Mr. Mokari was a senior investment banker at Wells Fargo Securities from September 2013 to July 2016, at UBS from September 2009 to July 2013, and at Credit Suisse from July 2005 to February 2009. Mr. Mokari also held positions at Olympus Partners, and Bowles Hollowell Conner.

Breakout Capital [MCLEAN, VIRGINIA] announced the appointment of Darwin W. Olympia, formerly of Harris Williams & Co., as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Breakout Capital, Mr. Olympia served as a Director for Harris Williams & Co. and previously as a Vice President for FBR Capital Markets & Co. Mr. Olympia’s prior experience also includes strategy and operational consulting work at A.T. Kearney. Mr. Olympia began his career as a certified public accountant for Arthur Andersen LLP.

Altamira Technologies Corporation [MCLEAN, Va.] announced the appointment of Jeremy Koczan as Chief Financial Officer. Jeremy comes to Altamira from Raytheon.

ChyronHego [MELVILLE, NY] announced the appointment of Neil Foster as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Prior to joining ChyronHego, he served as executive vice president, operations, for Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. Previously, Foster held a number of roles in the recorded music business, including executive vice president, finance and operations, for the Columbia/Epic Label Group of Sony Music Entertainment, and co-president of Sony Music Entertainment Canada. Foster’s early career included positions at McKinsey & Company Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Marco’s Pizza [TOLEDO, Ohio] appointed Buddy Solomon as Chief Financial Officer.

Clearent [CLAYTON, MO] announced that Chris Knibb has joined company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Knibb joins Clearent from Express Scripts, where he was Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis. Prior to Express Scripts, Knibb spent five years at Patriot Coal Corporation as VP, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. Before that, Knibb was VP Finance and CFO North America at American Power Conversion and also served as VP Corporate Controller at Savvis, Inc. Prior to moving to St. Louis in 2003 to work at Savvis, Knibb spent eight years in a variety of roles including public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as serving as the Controller of a start-up tech company.


Blackboard Inc. [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Lisa Mayr as Chief Financial Officer. Lisa has served as Vice President of Finance at Blackboard since July 2013 and was recently named interim CFO. She has filled senior leadership positions at large global companies such as LivingSocial, GeoEye (acquired by Digital Globe), Towers Watson and Sunrise Senior Living. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of private equity firms Arlington Capital Partners and Celtic Capital Management. Prior to her corporate roles, Lisa worked with Ernst & Young in their Transaction Advisory Services practice.

Confluent [PALO ALTO, Calif.] announced Cheryl Dalrymple as chief financial officer. Prior to Confluent, she was CFO of Polyvore (acquired by Yahoo!), AdMob (acquired by Google), Digital Chocolate, Nextance Inc. (acquired by Trilogy Group), Oblix Inc. (acquired by Oracle) and Lexis Nexis.

Phronesis Partners [BOSTON, MA] announced the appointment of Vivek Sharma as its Chief Financial Officer. Vivek’s previous assignment was Chief Financial Officer of a large conglomerate. Prior to that, as Chief Operating Officer of a research outsourcing firm.

Cetera Financial Group [LOS ANGELES] announced that Jeffrey R. “Jeff” Buchheister has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Buchheister most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for LPL Financial. Prior to that position, during his 13 years at LPL Financial, he held a series of leadership roles at the corporate and business unit levels. Before joining LPL Financial, Mr. Buchheister was a senior manager at Deloitte.
