Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) announced the appointment of Vasant M. Prabhu as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prabhu succeeds Byron Pollitt, who previously announced his intent to retire. Mr. Prabhu joins Visa from NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where he served as chief financial officer. Prior to joining NBCUniversal in 2014, Prabhu served as the chief financial officer for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. since 2004. In 2010, Prabhu also was named vice chairman of Starwood. He also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Safeway Inc., and held senior leadership roles at The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc. and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Prabhu is currently a member of the board of directors of Mattel, Inc.

Brown Shoe Company (NYSE: BWS) announced Kenneth Hannah has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of the company, replacing Russ Hammer as of February 16, 2015. Hannah most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of JC Penney Company, Inc. Prior to that time, he served in multiple executive roles at SunEdison (formerly MEMC Electronic Materials), including president of Solar Energy and of Solar Materials and as vice president and CFO. Hannah also held executive positions at The Home Depot, and these included senior vice president of Operations, senior vice president of Finance, and vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis. Earlier in his career, he served in various finance roles of increasing responsibility at The Boeing Company, General Electric Company and McDonnell Douglas Corporation.

Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) announced the appointment of J. Michael Hansen as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Hansen joined Cintas’ Finance Department in 1995 and has held numerous positions across the corporation including Operations General Manager and Corporate Controller. He has served as Vice President and Treasurer since 2010, working closely with recently retired CFO, William C. Gale. Before joining Cintas, Hansen worked at Ernst & Young and Rockwell International.

Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) announced that James D. Frias, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Nucor Corporation, has been elected to its Board of Directors.

Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC) announced that the company’s president Brian G. Sweeney will also become chief financial officer, effective March 1, 2015. Mr. Sweeney succeeds Gregg Seibert who will continue to serve as vice chairman of Cablevision, working on the company’s long-term strategic and financial initiatives. In separate announcements also made today, The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) and AMC Networks Inc. (AMC) appointed Mr. Seibert vice chairman of MSG and vice chairman of AMC, respectively. Mr. Seibert will continue to serve as a senior member of the company’s leadership team, providing strategic and financial counsel as Cablevision’s vice chairman. Prior to his appointment as president of the company, Mr. Sweeney was senior executive vice president, strategy and chief of staff to the CEO. Prior to that role, he was senior vice president of e-media. Mr. Sweeney began his career in 1993 at Cablevision’s programming division Rainbow Media (now AMC Networks) as vice president of information systems. Mr. Sweeney serves as a member of Cablevision’s board of directors, and is also on the board of directors at AMC Networks and The Madison Square Garden Company.

DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. (NYSE: DKS) announced that Andre J. Hawaux has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hawaux joined DICK’S in 2013 as Executive Vice President, Finance, Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining DICK’S, he was most recently President, Consumer Foods at ConAgra Foods, Inc. Previously, he served as ConAgra Foods’ Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2009.

Zero Motorcycles announced that Curt Sacks has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Sacks had previously served as CFO for GigOptix Inc. and Endwave Corporation.

A123 Systems LLC announced that b has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Over the past 4 years, Brad has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chassix, Inc and Acument Global Technologies, Inc. His prior background includes similar roles at L&W Engineering, Plastech Engineered Products, LDM Technologies as well as an audit focused tenure at Ernst & Young.

Epizyme, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPZM) announced that Andrew Singer will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer on February 9th. Mr. Singer was previously Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking, in the Life Sciences Group at RBC Capital Markets Corporation, part of RBC Financial Group. Prior to RBC, Mr. Singer worked at Petkevitch and Company, and co-founded MVC Capital. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the J. F. Kapnek Trust.

AppDynamics announced that Randy Gottfried has joined the company as chief financial officer. Gottfried will succeed Walter Berger, who resigned late last year. To assist in the transition, Berger will remain with AppDynamics through the end of March. Most recently, Gottfried was CFO and COO of Riverbed Technology, where he worked from 2004 until 2013. Prior to Riverbed, Gottfried held a variety of senior finance roles at Inktomi and Sybase.

Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCMP) announced the appointment of Andrew Smith to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Smith previously served as Sucampo’s Vice President, Operations & Finance. Mr. Smith joined Sucampo in 2011 as Principal Accounting Officer and was most recently Vice President, Operations and Finance. Prior to joining Sucampo, Mr. Smith was Finance Director and Company Secretary for Retroscreen Virology Ltd. and the Finance Director and Company Secretary of Clearlab Europe, a division of 1-800 Contacts Inc., following its acquisition of VisionTec CL, of which he was co-founder and member of its Board of Directors. In addition, he previously held senior financial management positions at Biocompatibles plc, Hydron Ltd (acquired by Biocompatibles) and Allergan Inc.

Altitude Digital announced that Bradley Downes has been named the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Downes joins Altitude Digital from Groupon, where he held several finance roles during his tenure with the company, including VP of Finance; Finance Manger – Operations; and Senior Manager – Treasury. Prior to Groupon, Downes worked in investment banking, with positions at Lazard Middle Market and Lehman Brothers. He will be based in Denver, Colorado.

Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRNE) announced that Glen Sato, former Chief Financial Officer at PDL Biopharma, Inc. and Exelixis, Inc., and partner at Cooley LLC, has been retained to provide support for the ongoing strategic financial and legal initiatives in the business and operations of the Company.

Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL) announced that Sr. Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Harry J. Cynkus will retire in 2015. The company has selected Eddie Northen to succeed Cynkus effective May 1. Northen joined UPS in 1985. Most recently, he was Vice President of International Finance & Accounting – Global Business Services for UPS. Earlier he was CFO of UPS’ Asia Pacific Region based in Hong Kong. Northen also served as Vice President of Finance in the company’s Pacific and West Regions.

My Fit Foods announced the appointment of Michael Lubitz as the newest member of its growing executive team. Immediately prior to joining My Fit Foods, Mr. Lubitz served as Chief Financial Officer of Hurricane AMT, LLC. Mr. Lubitz’s broad experience also includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of ADF Companies. Mr. Lubitz served as Vice President – Finance of New World Restaurant Group.

BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOS) announced that Hai V. Tran, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has tendered his resignation, effective March 27, 2015, in order to pursue other opportunities.

Full House Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLL) announced the appointment of Lewis Fanger as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fanger served from June 2013 through February 2015 as a Vice President of Wynn Resorts, Limited. From August 2011 to June 2013, Mr. Fanger was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Creative Casinos, LLC. Mr. Fanger also served from June 2003 to August 2011 at Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. in various capacities, including as Vice President of Finance. Prior to that, Mr. Fanger worked as an equity research associate in the gaming group at Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York.

Cognitive Networks announced the appointment of Tim Driscoll as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Driscoll was CFO of Verimatrix. Prior to that, he provided finance and strategy consulting services to a number of early-stage companies, and managed direct investments at Mission Ventures.

Verimatrix announced that Charles Padgett has been named chief financial officer (CFO). Padgett joins Verimatrix from Cascadia Technology Group, where he served as founder and CEO, and led the sale of Cascadia Project Management in 2014. He has also previously served in senior management positions at Kofax, EMC, and Captiva Software. In addition, he has served as CFO of Aviarc, CFO of WFI (EMEA), an Entrepreneur in Residence at Boeing Technology Ventures and managing director of The Walter Group. Padgett also spent four years in public accounting as a CPA for KPMG.

Unum Group (NYSE: UNM) announced that Chief Financial Officer Richard McKenney has been named the Company’s next Chief Executive Officer. Effective April 1, 2015, McKenney will become President and be appointed to the Unum Board of Directors. Effective at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting, to be held in May, McKenney will become Chief Executive Officer. Jack McGarry, currently President and CEO of Closed Block Operations, will succeed McKenney as the Company’s CFO on April 1. Prior to joining Unum in 2009, McKenney was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sun Life Financial, Inc. In 2004 he became CFO of Genworth Financial as part of the team that launched its initial public offering from GE. McKenney began his career at GE, transitioning in his roles from manufacturing to financial leadership. He joined GE Financial Assurance in 1996 and became their CFO in 2002. John (Jack) McGarry is president and CEO of Closed Block Operations for Unum Group. McGarry has led the Closed Block since 2012 when he returned to the U.S. after more than two years as president and CEO of Unum UK. Previously, McGarry was head of Risk Management for Unum US.

RREEF Property Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZRPTAX) announced the appointment of Julianna Ingersoll as its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Eric Russell as its Chief Financial Officer. Since 2012 and most recently, Ingersoll served as RREEF Property Trust’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. Previously she was with Deutsche AWM. Prior to joining Deutsche AWM, Ingersoll held various positions within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Banking & Securities division including its Residential Mortgage Backed Securities group, the Office of Corporate Development and the Corporate Investments group, and the Technology Investment Banking team. Most recently, Russell served as RREEF Property Trust’s Assistant Treasurer. Since joining in 2000, Russell has served as a Controller in the Real Estate Fund Finance Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he served as an Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller at iStar Financial, Inc. and as a Controller at Sierra National Home Warranty Corporation. Russell began his career in accounting at Grant Thornton as a Staff Auditor.

AeroVironment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVAV) announced the appointment of Teresa Covington as interim chief financial officer. Covington succeeds Jikun Kim, who has resigned as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Since joining AeroVironment in 2011, Teresa Covington has served as a senior member of the company’s finance team. Prior to joining AeroVironment, Covington served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Line 6.

Bigcommerce announced that Scott Dussault, COO and CFO at enterprise cloud storage provider Nasuni, has joined the company’s board of advisors. Previously, Dussault served as executive vice president and CFO at Demandware. Earlier in his career he served as CFO at Achivas, Inc.

ROBLOX announced the addition of Andrew Chmyz as Chief Financial Officer. Andrew Chmyz’s extensive executive experience includes CFO roles at SugarCRM, Marimba, and Medallia, as well as COO at Concentric Medical.

Salin Bank & Trust Company announced that Thomas Flournoy has joined the bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his appointment with Salin Bank, Flournoy served as either Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of five community banks in Georgia, Indiana, and Kentucky. He also spent 14 years as Controller at 1st Source Bank in northern Indiana. Since 2009, Flournoy has served as CFO at the First Bank of Georgia in Augusta.

TransFirst® announced that long-standing Chief Financial Officer, Mark Travis, has transitioned his role with the company to a consultative capacity and Nancy Disman, who joined TransFirst in 2014 as Senior Vice President for Investor Relations, has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining TransFirst, Nancy served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Cynergy Data Corporation. She also spent 11 years at First Data Corporation in various finance and operations leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer of the Retail and Alliances Services division and Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Services division.

T3Media, Inc. announced the appointment of Mark Pougnet to the joint role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Pougnet joins from software provider Front Porch Digital where he led the successful sale of the business to Oracle in September 2014. He held executive financial and operational positions at companies such as Avaya, Paramount Pictures and Copan.

Kirkland’s, Inc. (NASDAQ: KIRK) announced that Adam Holland, most recently the Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, will be appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

BIOLASE, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOL) reported that Frederick D. Furry has resigned as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Furry joined BIOLASE as Chief Financial Officer in November 2010.

Equity One, Inc. (NYSE: EQY) announced that Matthew Ostrower is expected to join the Company on March 3, 2015 as an Executive Vice President and will become its Chief Financial Officer upon the previously announced departure of Mark Langer, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, later this Spring. Mr. Ostrower most recently served as Managing Director and Associate Director of Research in Morgan Stanley’s European research department. Mr. Ostrower’s previous experience includes serving as portfolio manager of the Pioneer Real Estate Shares Mutual fund, eight years as a REIT equity analyst at Morgan Stanley, and performing capital raising and investment strategy for the Gerrity Group. Since 2010, Mr. Ostrower has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ramco-Gershenson Property Trust, but is expected to resign from this position prior to joining the Company.

N30 Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that R. Michael Carruthers has been appointed to the position of chief financial officer (CFO). Most recently, Mr. Carruthers served on Array BioPharma Inc.’s executive team as the CFO. Prior to joining Array, Mr. Carruthers served as CFO of Sievers Instrument, Inc., and before joining Sievers was the treasurer and controller for the Waukesha division of Dover Corporation. Mr. Carruthers was previously employed as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.

Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) announced that Michael Carruthers, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be leaving Array to pursue an opportunity in the biopharmaceutical industry. Dave Horin, a managing partner at Chord Advisers, has been appointed as interim CFO. Mr. Carruthers will consult with Array to ensure a smooth transition.
