CFO Moves – week ending April 5, 2013

Cargill announced that former Sara Lee executive, Marcel Smits, is its new chief financial officer. Smits, a native of the Netherlands, served in a variety of financial management positions for Unilever in Europe, Latin America and Asia throughout the mid-1980s and 1990s, lastly as senior vice president of finance for China. He subsequently served as CFO for two Dutch listed companies, first for Vendex KBB, a retail group, then for KPN, the country’s leading telecommunications service provider. Smits became CFO of Sara Lee in 2009 and was appointed CEO in early 2011. Cargill’s CFO position was vacated in November 2012 when Sergio Rial left the company to return to his native Brazil. Cargill President and Chief Operating Officer David MacLennan had added the duties of interim CFO to his responsibilities up until now.

Eventbrite announced it has hired Mark Rubash to be the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Formerly the CFO at Shutterfly and senior member of the Finance leadership teams at eBay and Yahoo!, Rubash is the first c-level executive hired from outside the company. Rubash currently serves on the Boards of Intuitive Surgical, Iron Planet and Line 6, and has also served in executive roles at HeartFlow, Rearden Commerce and Critical Path.

Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ: ATML) announced that Steve Skaggs, who currently serves as Atmel’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development, has also been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer of Atmel. This appointment follows Stephen Cumming’s decision to resign as Atmel’s Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cumming will remain with Atmel for a short period to facilitate the transition. Mr. Skaggs joined Atmel in 2010. He worked previously at Lattice Semiconductor, where he served as President and CEO and also as CFO. Prior to Lattice, Mr. Skaggs was employed by Bain & Company.

Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) announced the appointment of Akhil Johri as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective May 1, 2013. Mr. Johri is currently Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for United Technologies Corporation’s (UTC) Propulsion & Aerospace Systems group. Prior to his current role, he served as CFO for UTC’s Carrier Transicold and UTC’s Fire & Security units as well as for Carrier Asia Pacific Operations. He led Corporate Investor Relations for UTC and has been very involved with UTC’s Financial Leadership Development program. Pall President and CEO Larry Kingsley, who was recently named interim CFO, will continue in that role until Mr. Johri officially joins Pall.

Opexa Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPXA) announced the appointment of Karthik Radhakrishnan as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Radhakrishnan most recently was a Vice President at ING Investment Management in New York. Previously he was the senior analyst at Eagle Asset Management. Prior to this, Mr. Radhakrishnan started his financial career at The Dow Chemical Company. He replaces David Jorden, Opexa’s Acting CFO, who will continue to serve as a Director of the Company.

SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX) has appointed Marshall W. Witt as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Witt will be assuming the role from Thomas Alsborg who announced his retirement last year. Most recently, Mr. Witt was Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller with FedEx Freight, a $5.3 billion subsidiary of FedEx Corporation (NYSE:FDX).

Rocket Software announced that Paul Walsh has joined the company as vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Rocket, he served as CFO at Silicon Laboratories; previously he held various operational, finance, controller, and management roles at PerkinElmer, Teradyne and Analog Devices. He serves on the board of directors of Nitero, and previously served on the board of Grande Communications & Rio Holdings.

Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. announced the appointment of Ajay Bansal as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bansal most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Complete Genomics. Prior to Complete Genomics, Mr. Bansal served as the CFO and EVP, Corporate and Business Development, at both Lexicon Therapeutics and Tercica, Inc. Tercica was acquired by Ipsen in 2008. He also served as the CFO of Nektar Therapeutics from 2003-2006.

Contegix announced that it has hired Michael Wylie as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Wylie held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Pulse Broadband. Prior to that, Wylie held roles as the Chief Financial Officer for Broadstripe Cable and Chief Accounting Officer for Suddenlink Communications.

ADS Tactical, Inc. announced that Karan Rai has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President replacing Patricia Bohlen. Mr. Rai joined ADS in August 2012 serving in various roles, including Vice President of International Strategic Development, and, more recently, as the Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to joining ADS, Mr. Rai was a Vice President in JPMorgan’s Investment Bank where he spent seven years covering Defense/Aerospace companies in the Leverage/Acquisition Finance Group.

SUPERVALU Inc. (NYSE: SVU) announced that Sherry Smith, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will leave the company at the end of May. Smith has served as the company’s CFO since her appointment in December 2010. She has spent 26 years with SUPERVALU and previously served as senior vice president, finance.

Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. announced that Myles R. Itkin has left the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Captain Ian T. Blackley will serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company effective immediately. Captain Blackley has been the Senior Vice President and Head of International Shipping Operations.

Orthofix International N.V. (NASDAQ: OFIX) announced that it has appointed Emily Buxton as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Buxton had been serving as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2012. Ms. Buxton joined Orthofix’s corporate finance group in 2003 as a Senior SEC and Consolidations Accountant. After advancing to the position of Vice President, Controller, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Global Orthopedics for Orthofix from 2010 to the time of her appointment as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG) announced that Larry Hilsheimer has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. Hilsheimer was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company from 2007 through 2009. He then served as president and chief operating officer of Nationwide Direct & Customer Solutions and most recently was president and chief operating officer of Nationwide Retirement Plans. Prior to Nationwide, he was vice chairman and regional managing partner for Deloitte & Touche USA, LLP and served on the board of directors of the Deloitte Foundation.

ShopRunner announced that Scott Simmons has joined the company as its chief operating and financial officer (COO/CFO). Scott joins ShopRunner after most recently serving as president of NexTag Inc. At NexTag, Simmons served in a variety of roles beginning with vice president of finance and extending to vice president of business development; vice president and general manager, services shopping; SVP marketing and ultimately president of NexTag. Prior to his tenure at NexTag, Simmons held a variety of financial positions with Real Time Data and Prudential Investment Corporation. Scott Peterson

My Alarm Center announced that it has welcomed Scott Peterson as its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Peterson served as the CFO for Eyewitness Surveillance. He has also been CFO at PS Energy Group Inc., and Integrated Excellence, LLC; VP for the New England Division of Wind River Environmental; and CFO and VP of Residential Operations for Smith Alarm Systems, Inc.

Dresser-Rand Group Inc. (NYSE: DRC) announced that Jan Kees van Gaalen will become Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dresser-Rand, effective May 1, 2013. Mr. van Gaalen succeeds Mark Baldwin, whose impending retirement was previously announced. Mr. van Gaalen joins Dresser-Rand from Baker Hughes Inc., where he served as Vice President and Treasurer. Before joining Baker Hughes, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance for PT Inco Tbk based in Jakarta, Indonesia, the publicly traded Indonesian subsidiary of Vale Inco Ltd. Prior to this he held a variety of finance positions with Anglo American plc, Carlton Communications plc and Schlumberger Ltd. in France, the United Kingdom,Venezuela, Brazil and South Africa.

Tides announced that Judith Hill will join as CFO effective May 1st, 2013. Hill was the Chief Financial Officer at Envision Education Foundation. Hill has held senior financial leadership positions at the Excel Group, San Francisco Art Institute, and Heald College.

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. announced the appointment of Andy Klaus as Chief Financial Officer. Klaus, who assumes CFO responsibilities from Ron Hamilton, who has been appointed as the Vice President of CPP’s Structural Investment Casting Group. Mr. Klaus recently joined from JMC Steel Group where he served as Corporate Controller. Previously, Mr. Klaus served in various financial and accounting roles at companies including Royal Appliance Manufacturing and TTI Floor Care North America.

Vystar Corporation (OTC: VYST) announced that Dean Waters has been appointed as the Company’s new full-time Chief Financial Officer. Dean Waters is an active member of Vystar’s Board of Directors since his appointment in 2008, chairing the Audit Committee and serving on the Compensation Committee. He was the Founder and Managing Director of FiveFold Capital. Prior to founding FiveFold Capital, Mr. Waters was Senior Vice President of Commerce Street Capital’s bank development group. Prior to Commerce Street, Mr. Waters was a Managing Partner of Poseidon Capital Investments, LLC. He was also Senior Vice President, Director and one of the founding members of the Capital Markets Group within GMAC Commercial Finance’s Equipment Finance Division. Before that, he was Managing Director of Equity Distributions of Bank of America Leasing & Capital Group.

ViaSat Inc. (NASDAQ: VSAT) announced that Bruce Dirks has agreed to join as Chief Financial Officer. Shawn Duffy, who has served as interim CFO since August 2012, will continue in her position as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of the company. Mr. Dirks has served as a portfolio manager at Fidelity Management & Research Company since 2000. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Dirks was vice president – Investments at TRW Investment Management Company from 1993 to 2000. Mr. Dirks began his career at Raytheon Company as a financial analyst and also worked on the corporate finance team at General Dynamics Corporation.

Aztec Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTC: AZGS) (“Aztec”) announced that its long time CFO, Larry Hornbrook , is retiring effective April 30, 2013. Upon retirement, Mr. Hornbrook will be replaced by John Smith, a Senior Partner of Schmuck, Smith, Tees & Company, P.C.

TIBCO Software Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX) announced that Sydney Carey, TIBCO executive vice president and chief financial officer, has decided to leave the company to pursue an opportunity with a private, venture-backed technology company. Murray Rode, TIBCO chief operating officer and whose current responsibilities include the finance organization, will take on the added responsibilities of interim CFO until a permanent replacement is found. Mr. Rode previously served as CFO from late 2005 through 2008.

Evolution Fuels, Inc. (PINK: EVFND) announced that Pun Mo Chung has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company as well as to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Since 2007, Mr. Pun has served as the General Manager of Candid Global Resources H.K. Ltd. Tan Yuen Hing resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer but will continue to serve as a member of its Board of Directors.

Cytomedix, Inc. (OTC: CMXI) announced the appointment of Steven A. Shallcross as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, effective as of May 10, 2013. Mr. Shallcross replaces Andrew Maslan, who has served as Chief Financial Officer of Cytomedix since 2005 and will resign effective May 10, 2013 to pursue further career opportunities. Mr. Shallcross presently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC. Previously, he served as Acting Chief Financial Officer for Sensors for Medicine and Science, Inc. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Innocoll Holdings, Inc. Mr. Shallcross also held Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer positions at Vanda Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and at MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formally Advancis Pharmaceutical Corporation).

Farmer Bros. Co. (NASDAQ: FARM) announced that Mark J. Nelson will join the Company as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Since 2010, he has been serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Newport Corporation. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Nelson held various senior financial roles at Newport Corporation as Vice President and Controller, Vice President and General Manager of its Optical Components division and Finance Director of its Photonics division. Prior to Newport Corporation, he held the positions of Finance Director in Thermo Electron Corporation, Cost and Budget Manager at C.R. Bard, Inc., co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of Western Energy Services, Inc. and Financial Management Program Trainee with the General Electric Company. Jeffrey A. Wahba, the Company’s Interim Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, will assist with the executive transition.

Hudson Valley Holding Corp. (NYSE: HVB) announced that the Company has named William E. Whiston, Chief Financial Officer of the Archdiocese of New York, to the Board of Directors of the Company and Hudson Valley Bank, N.A. Mr. Whiston has been Chief Financial Officer of the Archdiocese of New York since 2002. During his tenure he served as President of the Catholic Umbrella Pool, a casualty/liability reinsurance vehicle for forty dioceses. Prior to joining the Archdiocese of New York, Mr. Whiston spent 29 years at Allied Irish Bank, where he served in a number of executive positions in areas including lending, product development and operations/compliance.

AssureRx Health, Inc. announced the appointment of Stephen A. Stamp as Senior Vice President & CFO. Stephen has served as Chief Financial Officer of EZCORP, Inc.; Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President Business Development at Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Group Finance Director at Regus PLC; and Group Finance Director at Shire PLC. Earlier in his career, Stephen was an investment banker with Lazard in London.

CFO Moves – week ending April 12, 2013

Burger King Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:BKW) announced that Chief Financial Officer Daniel Schwartz has been appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, the company’s senior management team will report directly to Mr. Schwartz. On July 1, 2013, Mr. Schwartz will be appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Since 2010, Mr. Schwartz has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining BKW, as a Partner at 3G Capital, Mr. Schwartz was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing the firm’s acquisition of BKW. Joshua Kobza will succeed Mr. Schwartz as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kobza was previously Senior Vice President, Global Finance. He joined the company in June 2012 and will continue to report to Mr. Schwartz.

Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) announced that William Jellison has joined the Company in the position of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Dean Bergy, Stryker’s Interim CFO and Vice President, Corporate Secretary, will help support Mr. Jellison in his new role during a transition period through the second quarter of 2013. Mr. Bergy will remain Vice President, Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Stryker, Mr. Jellison had 15 year tenure at Dentsply International, most recently as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jellison’s experience at Dentsply included an assignment as a Senior Vice President with full P&L responsibilities over a number of international and domestic operations prior to returning to the CFO role in 2005. Before joining Dentsply, he spent 18 years with Donnelly Corporation.

DENTSPLY International Inc. (NASDAQ: XRAY) announced that Chris Clark, DENTSPLY’s former President and Chief Operating Officer will assume the role of President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Clark joined DENTSPLY in 1993. The Company also announced that William Jellison has resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to pursue another business interest. Getty Images announced the appointment of Tara M. Comonte as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Since 2010, Ms. Comonte has served as Global CFO of McCann Worldgroup, the world’s largest marketing communications business. Previous roles include Global CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Mediabrands; Global CFO of Universal McCann; and Regional CFO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa within the Publicis Groupe.

Lucas Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LEI) announced the appointment of William J. Dale as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Dale replaces Anthony C. Schnur in those posts, which Mr. Schnur has held on an interim basis since being named CEO of Lucas Energy in December 2012. Most recently Dale served as a financial consultant for several private equity and independent E&P companies, having previously served as Director of Finance, Planning & Analysis for Global Industries Ltd. Prior posts include CFO and Controller at KD Resources, a private E&P company and CFO, Treasurer and Secretary at Blue Dolphin Energy. Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) announced the appointment of F. Nicholas Grasberger as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Grasberger served most recently as the Managing Director of the multinational Precision Polymers Division of Fenner Plc. Prior to joining Fenner, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Armstrong Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Armstrong World Industries, before serving as CEO of the company’s Building Products division. Previously, Mr. Grasberger served as the Chief Financial Officer for Kennametal, Inc., while earlier in his career, he also served as Corporate Treasurer and director of the corporate planning process at H. J. Heinz Company. He started his career in 1985 with USX Corporation. Mr. Grasberger will succeed Barry E. Malamud, who has been serving in an interim CFO capacity and will now return to his position as Vice President and Corporate Controller reporting directly to Mr. Grasberger.

Direxion announced that Eric Falkeis has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Rafferty Asset Management, the advisor to Direxion Funds and Direxion Shares. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Director of Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) Operations at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, where he worked closely with Direxion for more than a decade. Mr. Falkeis spent more than 15 years at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.

Hooper Holmes (NYSE: HH) announced that Henry E. Dubois has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and will become a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Dubois has been advising Hooper Holmes on business strategy and financial operations since January 2013. Since 2011, Mr. Dubois has been a partner at Tatum, LLC. In previous roles, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GeoEye, Inc.; President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of DigitalGlobe, Inc.; Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of an Asia Pacific Telecommunication company; and Senior Vice President of an Asia Pacific conglomerate in Jakarta, Indonesia. He also served as a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and began his career as an internal auditor and finance supervisor for Exxon Corporation. Mr. Dubois’ appointment follows the departure of Ransom J. Parker, who served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hooper Holmes since September 2010.

Kinetic Concepts, Inc. announced that Robert Hureau has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Hureau spent the last six years in various leadership roles at Sensata Technology Holdings N.V., including Corporate Controller, Chief Accounting Officer and, for the last two years, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he has held other finance leadership positions with Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy, Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.

Learning Tree International (NASDAQ: LTRE) announced that David W. Asai has joined Learning Tree International, Inc. as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Asai has been serving as Interim CFO since September, 2012. He has served as a CFO Partner in the Mid Atlantic Practice of Tatum, since October 2011. Prior to joining Tatum, Mr. Asai was an independent financial consultant providing services to companies in the for-profit education sector. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Voyager Learning Company, Independence Air, and Spirit Airlines.

10gen, the MongoDB company, announced the appointment of Sydney Carey as Chief Financial Officer. Carey held a variety of roles during her nine years at TIBCO, most recently as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She was promoted from Vice President of Finance to CFO in January 2009. Prior to TIBCO, Carey was CFO at Autonomic Networks (also known as Vernier Networks), and before that at Pacific Broadband Communications, where she directed the company through its acquisition by Juniper Networks. Carey serves on the board of Bazaarvoice.

Turn announced the appointment of Joe Nemeth as its chief financial officer. Nemeth is the former vice president of corporate strategy and finance at Adobe. He previously had a long tenure in the medical device and aerospace industries, working as an engineer, product manager, and business development leader at companies such as Boeing, Boston Scientific and Medtronic.

Qualstar Corporation (NASDAQ: QBAK) announced the addition of Philip G. Varley as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Varley joins Qualstar from the Barrington Group in Denver, Colorado. While at Barrington he held various financial leadership roles including CFO of DemandPoint Inc., and several other private companies in international turnaround situations. Earlier in his career Mr. Varley held various leadership roles in audit, tax, legal and risk mitigation, first with a Big 4 accounting firm and subsequently as a senior financial executive.

West Star Aviation announced that Mike Shonka will be joining their team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mike has had an extensive career as a financial executive in financial services and aviation, including Cessna Aircraft Company, where he was the Chief Financial Officer for 14 years.

GreenGro Technologies Inc. (PINK: GRNH) announced the appointment of Owen Naccarato to GreenGro’s Board of Directors. Mr. Naccarato has also accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer at GreenGro Technologies. Owen Naccarato is a practicing attorney with a practice specializing in securities and corporate law. He also holds an MBA in Finance and prior practicing CPA. He is currently a board member for several publicly listed companies.

Schmitt Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMIT) announced that Ann M. Ferguson has been named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Ferguson is a former partner with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Portland, where she spent over twenty years in public accounting. She replaces Jeff Siegal.

Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG) announced the appointment of Todd Bastean to the position of CEO, Bunge North America, effective June 1. Mr. Bastean is currently CFO, Bunge North America. Mr. Bastean started his career at Bunge in 1994 and became CFO of Bunge North America in 2010. Before assuming that role he served as vice president & general manager of the operating company’s milling and biofuels business units, and as vice president and chief administrative officer of its grain and milling business units. He also held positions in strategic planning and auditing.

Titan International, Inc. (NYSE: TWI) announced that Keith Fuglaar has been hired as Vice President of Finance for North America. Mr. Fuglaar joins Titan International from The Egging Company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he was VP-Finance for ARC Automotive, Corporate Controller at HNTB Corporation and Director-FP&A with McLeodUSA.

Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS) announced the appointment of Brian S. Cooper to the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective May 28, 2013. Mr. Cooper will replace Braden Waverley , who has served as interim chief financial officer since October 2012. Mr. Cooper has served since 2009 as chief financial officer of Westell Technologies, Inc. Prior to Westell, Mr. Cooper served as chief financial officer and treasurer of Fellowes, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Before joining Fellowes, he served as senior vice president and treasurer since 2001 of United Stationers Inc. Prior to joining United Stationers, Mr. Cooper served as treasurer of Burns International Services Corporation, and held various financial positions during his 12 year tenure with Amoco Corporation.

Veracyte, Inc. announced the appointment of Shelly D. Guyer as chief financial officer. Ms. Guyer previously was chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance and administration at iRhythm Technologies. Prior to that, she served on the management team and as vice president of business development and investor relations at Nuvelo. Ms. Guyer began her business career at J.P. Morgan Securities and its predecessor companies, where for over 17 years she held various positions, including principal and vice president of health care banking for the West Coast.

Sonic Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: SAH) announced that the Company has promoted Heath R. Byrd from Chief Information Officer to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Byrd joined Sonic in November of 2007 as CIO. Before joining Sonic Automotive, Mr. Byrd held several positions at HR America including President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his tenure at HR America, Mr. Byrd was a manager at Ernst & Young where he consulted in financial strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

Education Management Corporation (NASDAQ: EDMC) announced that Mick J. Beekhuizen will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Beekhuizen left Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director within the Merchant Banking Division in New York. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as a financial analyst in Investment Banking in Frankfurt, Germany, and joined Merchant Banking in 2004 when he moved to New York. In 2010, Mr. Beekhuizen was named a Managing Director. He has also served on the board of EdgeMarc Energy Holdings, LLC and, since October 2009, on the board of Education Management, a position he will relinquish to assume his new role as CFO of the Company.

Laser Light Engines, Inc. announced that David J. Parent has been appointed Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Previously he served as CFO at Aegis Lightwave, Inc. Parent also served as Director of Finance & Controller for Integral Access, Inc. Parent began his career with numerous accounting and finance positions at National Semiconductor Corp.

Green Dot Corporation (NYSE: GDOT) announced that John Keatley, Chief Financial Officer, has notified Green Dot that he would be leaving the company effective September 1, 2013. Mr. Keatley will be leaving Green Dot in order to relocate his family to Sweden, his wife’s original home, where he will serve as chief financial officer for a Stockholm-based technology company. Mr. Keatley has committed to continue to serve full time as Green Dot’s Chief Financial Officer through September 1, 2013 and will additionally assist in recruiting a new Chief Financial Officer.

Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, announced that Shick “Mark” Yoon was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yoon has served at Hanmi since 2008, and previously held the positions of interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Deputy CFO, Treasurer and Senior Planning Officer. Prior to joining Hanmi, he was a financial and management consultant to a number of middle-market companies, and served as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche.

Zoom Media Group Inc. announced the appointment of Samuel Recenello as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Recenello has spent his career with such companies as: Dowden Health Media, Carat/Aegis Media Americas and McCann Erickson WorldGroup.

Eclipse Resources Operating, LLC announced that Matthew DeNezza has joined as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Eclipse Resources, Mr. DeNezza served as a Managing Director in the Global Natural Resources Group for over ten years at Deutsche Bank. Prior to his role with Deutsche Bank, Mr. DeNezza worked in the Corporate Finance Group at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and before entering the banking industry, Mr. DeNezza held the position of Lieutenant in the United States Navy.

PharMerica Corporation (NYSE: PMC) announced that the Company has appointed David W. Froesel, Jr. as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Froesel succeeds Michael J. Culotta, who by mutual agreement with the Company, is stepping down to pursue other interests. Mr. Froesel was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Omnicare, Inc., from 1996 to 2009. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Finance & Administration and Corporate Controller of subsidiaries of Mallinckrodt Group, Inc.

UniTek Global Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNTK), announced that Ronald J. Lejman, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has been terminated. UniTek has engaged Kenneth J. Cichocki of Pillar Solutions Group, to serve as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cichocki has served as chief financial officer for both public and private companies.
