Old Mutual plc announced the appointment of Ingrid Johnson as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 July 2014. She will succeed Philip Broadley who will remain an Executive Director to ensure an effective transition until 31st August 2014. Ingrid Johnson is currently the Group Managing Executive: Retail and Business Banking for Nedbank Group Limited. She has held business leadership roles in Nedbank for 20 years and is a chartered accountant, having trained at Price Waterhouse.
Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) announced the appointment to the Board, of Terence Anthony Danks, the existing Company Secretary of the Company and Finance Director of Victoria Carpets Limited.
Fastnet Oil and Gas plc (AIM: FAST) announced thatWill Holland has been appointed to the Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer. Will started his career as a cementing and ‘frac’ engineer at Halliburton Energy Services before moving into business development roles based in Africa. After 2 years leading internal audit teams at Halliburton, he joined Macquarie Bank in London in 2007.
Augean plc announced the appointment of Richard Laker as Group Finance Director. Richard joins from Northgate plc, where he has held a number of senior finance roles since 2004, including Group Financial Controller and, most recently, UK Finance Director since May 2011. Prior to Northgate, Richard worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 until 2004, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001. Richard is expected to join the Group, and be appointed to the Board, prior to the announcement of the Group’s Interim Results on 23rd September 2014. Further to the announcement of 17th February 2014, Richard Allen will resign from the Board following the Annual General Meeting on 5th June but will continue to support the Group as the Interim Results are prepared.
Ultrasis plc announced the appointment of Alan Kershaw as Finance Director. The appointment is effective from 2 June 2014, when he will also join the Board. Alan was previously Finance & Operations Director at WH Ireland Group plc and prior to that worked at JP Morgan and Royal Liver Assurance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
