Nouveau CFO - Directeur Financier chez Agfa-Gevaert

Le groupe d'imagerie Agfa-Gevaert aura cette année encore dans ses rangs un nouveau directeur financier.


Le 21 avril, Kris Hoornaert deviendra d'abord group controller, avant de reprendre la fonction de l'actuel CFO, Anne Vleminckx (54 ans). Cette dernière quittera l'entreprise pour prendre une autre voie.

Agfa-Gevaert appoints Kris Hoornaert as Group Controller

The Board of Directors of Agfa-Gevaert announced that it decided to appoint Kris Hoornaert as Group Controller, effective April 21, 2008. He will replace Anne Vleminckx as Chief Financial Officer after a transition and introduction period.

Kris Hoornaert (°1964 - Belgian) held a number of important finance related positions in Inbev from 2000 to 2007, as Controller and as Director mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he was VP Finance Western Europe.

Kris Hoornaert brings a strong background in finance, controlling and mergers and acquisitions in an international environment and has also an extensive experience in cost reduction programs. The Board considers this the right profile to reinforce the Management of Agfa-Gevaert.
