New CFO at HOCHTIEF Solutions

The Supervisory Board of HOCHTIEF Solutions AG, Essen, has appointed Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Homey (41) as new member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the subsidiary HOCHTIEF Solutions AG. He will succeed Dipl.-Kfm. Heiner Helbig (54) who leaves the company. Mr. Homey takes on his new office with effect from November 23, 2011.

Wolfgang Homey has extensive experience as a financial expert and has been working for HOCHTIEF for more than ten years now. He joined the HOCHTIEF Group in April 2000 and has since helped manage a large number of significant M&A transactions and taken over special projects of the Executive Board. Since May 2009, Mr. Homey has been Head of Corporate Controlling of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft. Previously Homey worked for, among others, EUROHYPO AG in Frankfurt. He holds an engineering degree in spatial planning from Dortmund University.
