Il remplacera, dès le 1er février 2012, Christian Perrudet, a indiqué mardi dans un communiqué le fabricant de batteries. M. Perrudet quitte l'entreprise à sa demande, selon Leclanché.
M. Feij a travaillé comme CFO dans diverses entreprises cotées et est donc parfaitement qualifié pour le poste, selon Leclanché et il pourra accompagner l'entreprise dans ses prochaines phases de développement jusqu'à la désignation définitive d'un CFO.
M. Perrudet restera à disposition de l'entreprise jusqu'à la fin du 1er trimestre. Il occupait le poste de CFO depuis le 1er mai 2011.

Leclanché appoints new CFO on an interim basis
Leclanché S.A. (SIX Swiss Exchange : LECN), specialized in the production of large-format lithium ion cells and energy storage solutions, today announced the appointment of Robert Feij as Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis effective February 1st 2012, following the resignation of Christian Perrudet, who will be leaving the company at his own request to pursue other interests. With his experience as CFO of several publicly listed companies, Robert Feij is ideally qualified to support the next development phase of Leclanché until the appointment of a permanent CFO. Mr Perrudet will remain with the company until the end of the first quarter 2012 to ensure a smooth transition.
