GE BPO-Collection Unit Announces Expansion into Poland

Genpact, the BPO and call center outsourcing unit of GE Money in Europe, announced last week the opening of a new collections and customer service call center in Warsaw, Poland.

Genpact Poland will serve GE Money Austria, Germany and Switzerland in the areas of customer service, collections, and account origination for credit & leasing in a number of European languages - German, Swiss-German and French - to begin with.

Genpact already has European operations in Hungary and Romania.

The new facility in Warsaw - shared by GE and Genpact - is a 2,200 square meter modern office space, spread across two floors that can accommodate up to 300 associates. Currently about 100 employees are onsite involved in production and training.
