Tracking CFO Movement Across Canada.

WestJet Airlines Ltd. (TSX: WJA) [CALGARY] announced the appointment of Harry Taylor to the position of Executive Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 26, 2015. He joins WestJet from Canadian Tire Corporation where he has worked since 2010, most recently in the position of Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to his work with Canadian Tire, Harry was CFO with Holt Renfrew and held senior leadership positions with The Home Depot and PepsiCo. In addition to his retail and consumer goods experience, Harry spent eight years in consulting and client service positions with McKinsey & Company and Ernst & Young.

H2O Innovation Inc. (TSX-V: HEO) [QUEBEC CITY] announced the nomination of Marc Blanchet as Chief Financial Officer. Marc Blanchet is a lawyer admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2003. At the beginning of his career, Mr. Blanchet served as a business lawyer, specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Financing, in different law firms in Quebec City and in Paris, France. Marc Blanchet joined H2O Innovation in February 2007 as Director of Corporate and Legal affairs, he was appointed Corporate Secretary on December 4, 2008 and, since July 1, 2011, he held the position of Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary.

BroadSign International, LLC [MONTREAL] has appointed Dana Tunks as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has served as CFO of several cloud-based technology companies. She also spent 23 years as a senior partner in audit and consulting with Ernst & Young LLP.

Eagle Graphite Incorporated [TORONTO] announced the appointment of Daryl Wood as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Corporate Secretary, effective October 1, 2015. Mr. Wood replaces Dan Hamilton, who resigned effective September 30, 2015. Mr. Wood is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years’ experience in senior financial roles, and is based in British Columbia.
