BRP Inc. (TSX: DOO) announced that Sébastien Martel is appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Martel was most recently vice-president, Strategic Planning and Business Development. Before that, he held ever increasing roles in the finance organization, including vice-president, Finance and Controls. Mr. Martel has been with the company since 2004. Claude Ferland, currently vice-president and chief financial officer will remain available to ensure a smooth transition until June 1, 2014.
Morguard REIT (TSX: MRT.UN) announced that Tim Walker, Chief Financial Officer, is retiring after 10 years as CFO and 17 years with the Morguard group of companies overall. Pamela McLean, currently Senior Vice President, Finance, at Morguard Investments Limited will assume the role of CFO. Tim has been nominated as a trustee of the REIT for the upcoming annual unitholder meeting. Pamela McLean is a 21 year veteran of Morguard. Pamela was appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and CFO of Morguard Investments Limited in 2006. Prior to joining Morguard, Pamela worked for a national accounting firm, where she focused on real estate clients.
Pure Technologies Ltd. (TSX: PUR) announced that Karen Keebler, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for the Company, will be leaving the organization effective May 31, 2014 to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Keebler joined Pure in 2006.
Eguana Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: EGT) announced the appointment of Sharon Penner as its new chief financial officer. Penner has over 20 years of industry experience including 5 with Eguana as Controller and Director of Finance during Eguana’s initial years on the TSX-V. More recently, Sharon was Controller at Access Pipeline for over 6 years.

Freyja Resources Inc. (TSX-V: FRA) announced the appointment of Isabelle Gauthier as Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Gauthier held the position of Senior Director within the firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton for which she worked as an Auditor from 1996 to 2006. Through her involvement in various assignments, she acquired a solid experience in management and financial reporting. Mrs. Gauthier replaces the previous Chief Financial Officer, Benoit Forget.
