lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) announced that Chief Financial Officer John Currie has notified the company of his intent to retire by the end of the fiscal year.

Finning International Inc. (TSX: FTT) announced that Dave Smith, executive vice president and chief financial officer, is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities, effective June 30, 2014. Mr. Smith joined the company in 2009.

Fortune Bay Corp. (TSX: FOR) announced that Jon Legatto, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the Company to accept another opportunity. Prior to joining Fortune, Mr. Legatto served as the Chief Financial Officer of Brigus Gold Corp. Rob Randall will be appointed Chief Financial Officer upon the departure of Mr. Legatto. Mr. Randall is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial experience within the public company environment.

Softchoice announced the appointment of Simon Parmar as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance. Mr. Parmar comes to Softchoice from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) where he served as Managing Director and Divisional President. He previously served as CSI’s CFO and Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Parmar also served as CFO at Constellation Software. During his time there he also worked as U.K. Managing Director for Constellation’s largest subsidiary, the Trapeze Group. Softchoice’s outgoing CFO, David Long, is stepping down from the role after five years with the company.

The Westaim Corporation (TSX-V: WED) announced that Jeffrey Sarfin, the current Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will retire, and that Robert T. Kittel has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company on an interim basis. Mr. Kittel has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since January 2013 and will continue to act in such capacity following his appointment as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kittel was previously a Portfolio Manager at Goodwood Inc. and, since 2009, has played a central role in the development and growth of Westaim. Mr. Kittel has also served on several boards in Canada and the United States and currently serves on the Board of Webtech Wireless Inc. and Constellation Software, Inc.

Cambridge Mercantile Group announced the appointment of Jason Gonsalves to the position of Chief Financial Officer. His previous roles include executive leadership positions with Hudson’s Bay, Gateway Payment Solutions and Allstream, to name a few. Most recently, he held the position of CFO for Technology at the Bank of Montreal.

Intercept Energy Services Inc. (TSX-V: IES) announced that Marvin Jones, member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, succeeding William (Bill) Taylor Cromb, who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2013.

New Carolin Gold Corp. (TSX-V: LAD) announced the addition of D. Barry Lee as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. His former engagements include: co-founder and former Co-Chairman of Canadian Phoenix Resources Corp., co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Choice Resources Corp., now part of Twin Butte Energy; and a co-founder and the former president and CEO of Watch Resources Ltd. He is currently a director and/or officer of Venture Exchange-listed companies Athabasca Uranium Inc., El Condor Minerals Inc., Velocity Minerals Ltd, and Argentum Silver Corp.

Macro Enterprises Inc. (TSX-V: MCR) announced the appointment, initially on an interim basis, of Jeff Redmond as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective July 1, 2014.

Open Source Health Inc.(CSE: OSH) announced the appointment of Andres Tinajero as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tinajero succeeds Mike Dai as CFO. Andres Tinajero has over 20 years of business experience. He has served as Vice President of Finance and CFO of a number of start-ups and medium sized public companies across Canada.

Lucara Diamond Corp. (TSX: LUC)announced the appointment of Marie Inkster to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mrs. Inkster is the Chief Financial Officer of Lundin Mining Corporation and has held positions of increasing responsibility in a number of publicly traded companies including LionOre Mining International Ltd, where she served as Vice President and Controller.
