Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (TSX: ATD.A/ATD.B) [LAVAL, QC] announced the appointment of Claude Tessier as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tessier joins Couche-Tard from Sobeys, where he has been President of the IGA Operations Business Unit since 2012. He joined IGA in 2003 as Vice President, Finance & Strategic Planning for Sobeys Québec. Prior to his position with IGA, Mr. Tessier gained more than 15 years’ as senior financial leadership experience with Fly Furniture, Provigo and Costco, including in CFO and Vice President roles.

Vantex Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: VAX) [LA PRAIRIE, QC] announced the appointment of Simran Gill as their new CFO. Mr. Gill is a CFA and a partner with BridgeMark Financial Corp. His previous experience includes over five years acting as a senior consultant with a leading management consulting firm.

Canadian Metals Inc. (CSE:CME) [MONTRÉAL, QC] is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Boisjoli to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Robert was recently the Chief Executive Officer of AKESOgen, Inc. Bob is also Chairman of Palos Management Inc. and managing director of Atwater Financial Group, and a partner at Robert Boisjoli & Associates S.E.C. Robert has been the founder of two life science companies where he has acted as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Boisjoli sits on the boards of directors of various public companies where is he is also the audit committee chairman. He also acts as Chief Financial Officer for Adventure Gold Inc. He was also an investment banker with various Canadian securities’ firms.
