Amaya Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX & NASDAQ: AYA) announced the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer, Daniel Sebag. Daniel Sebag has advised Amaya that he will retire as Chief Financial Officer later this year once his successor is identified and appointed, and will assist Amaya in ensuring an orderly transition of his duties. Mr. Sebag joined Amaya in 2007 as its first CFO.
Klipfolio [OTTAWA] introduced Kenneth MacAskill as Klipfolio’s chief financial officer (CFO). Previously MacAskill served as the CFO and then the CEO of Recognia. He also held the CFO position with companies such as Desktone, Blaze Software, Third Brigade, and Watchfire.
Metamaterial Technologies Inc. (MTI) [HALIFAX] announced that Marco Goguen has joined the company’s executive team as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining MTI, Mr. Goguen was Co-Head of the Clean Technology Group at National Bank Financial. He was a member of the investment banking teams at Credit Suisse First Boston in Montreal, Morgan Stanley Technology Investment Banking Group in Menlo Park, California, and Morgan Stanley Canada in Toronto. During his career, Mr. Goguen also co-founded MJCL Capital and Canadian Private Equity (CAPE) Partners; and Solarent, where he served as CFO. He was Director of Investments at Europatweb (Groupe Arnault) in Paris. He was also an associate at the Sextant Group.
edjuster [OTTAWA and RICHARDSON, TX] hired Peter Bernhardt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Bernhardt most recently served as Senior Business Consultant for a diverse range of companies including Rolls Royce Civil Nuclear Canada and Ambico Limited.
Integra Gold Corp. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: ICG) announced the appointment of Andree St-Germain as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. St-Germain began her career in investment banking for Dundee Capital Market Inc. In 2013, Ms. St-Germain joined Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. (“Golden Queen”) as CFO. The Company’s controller and interim CFO, Gordana Scekic, will continue to assume the duties of the CFO until Ms. St-Germain’s official start date of March 16, 2017.

Goldmoney Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: XAU) announced it has appointed Josh Crumb as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective February 15, 2017. Mr. Crumb will replace Katie Sokalsky, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Sokalsky has held the role since October 2015 and will remain as an advisor through the transition. Mr. Crumb, co-founder and director of Goldmoney, has served as chief strategy officer since 2014. Ms. Sokalsky’s resignation is effective March 2, 2017.
Darnley Bay Resources Limited [TORONTO] (TSX-V: DBL) announced the appointment of Halina McGregor as Chief Financial Officer. In 1988 she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the International Explosive Business of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI). Positions later in her career included several years as Chief Financial Officer of both Sherritt International Corp., a nickel and cobalt mining company, and gold producer Goldcorp Inc. With the appointment of Ms. McGregor as CFO, current Darnley Bay CFO Patricia Mannard has been appointed Vice President, Finance of the Company.
