CFO Moves – week ending January 1, 2016
Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. [MOUNT PEARL, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR] (TSX-V: CGP) announced that it has appointed Sabino Di Paola as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Di Paola currently serves as the CFO of Everton Resources Inc., Melkior Resources Inc., and Majescor Resources Inc. Di Paola is replacing David Loveys, who diligently served as the Company’s CFO and Corporate Secretary until the recent closure of the Company’s office in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.
Super Nova Petroleum Corp. [VANCOUVER, BC] (CSE: SNP) announced that Andrea Yuan has been appointed CFO for the company. Ms. Yuan started her career as an internal auditor and then as team head of the internal audit department at the Bank of China’s Shanghai Pudong branch in China from 1994 through to 1999. Ms. Yuan moved to Davidson and Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, in 2004 where she worked in the firm’s audit group. From November 2006 until 2009, Ms. Yuan was employed as an audit manager at Davidson. From 2009 until October 2011, Ms. Yuan was employed as an audit principal at Davidson. Currently, Ms. Yuan acts as Chief Financial Officer or financial consultant for several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and OTC Markets.

Argex Titanium Inc. (TSX:RGX) [MONTREAL] announced the hiring of Derek Lindsay as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Serge Depatie who previously held the CFO position on an interim basis. Mr. Lindsay is also a partner at Sierra Financial Corp.
First Bauxite Corporation (TSX-V: FBX) [TORONTO] announced the appointment of William White as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, replacing Daniel Crandall. Bill previously served as the CFO of U.S. Silica Company.
Buccaneer Gold Corp. (TSX-V: BGG) [TORONTO] announced that Cindy Davis has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Davis is a Senior Financial Analyst at Marrelli Support Services Inc. Previously, she worked at a public accounting firm for 5 years.
Mega Uranium Ltd. (TSX: MGA) [TORONTO] announced that Carmelo Marrelli has been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Gerry Feldman.
Nextraction [CALGARY] announced the appointment Denny Chow as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chow was from 2008 to 2013 the Chief Financial Officer of RMS Systems Inc. From February 2006 to June 2011 he was Controller of Marble Point Energy Ltd. and a special consultant to Polar Star Energy Ltd. Prior to his employment with Marble Point in 2006, Mr. Chow was in private practice with BDO Accountants LLP.

TSO3 Inc. (TSX: TOS) [QUÉBEC CITY] has appointed Glen Kayll as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kayll succeeds Éléna Simard-Veilleux, who had been acting as interim CFO and has been appointed to the new position of vice president of finance. Mr. Kayll was previously CFO of Argex Titanium. Earlier he served as CFO and vice president of international operations for Coastal Contacts. Before Coastal, he was treasurer and head of investor relations at PMC-Sierra.
Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE) [TORONTO]announced that Olga Stevens, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Stevens is Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of progressive experience in the mining industry, having started her career at E&Y managing audits of public companies. Prior to joining Stans, Olga spent a number of years with Eurasia Gold Inc., Romios Gold Inc. and Appia Energy Corp.
