Tracking CFO Movement Across Canada.

Ivanhoé Cambridge announced the appointment of Nathalie Palladitcheff as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Nathalie Palladitcheff began her career with Coopers & Lybrand Audit (1991 to 1997), before joining Banque Française commerciale Océan Indien (1997 to 2000) as Director of Financial Affairs and Management Audits. She then served as Deputy Managing Director of Société Foncière Lyonnaise de Paris (2000). In 2006 and 2007, she was Managing Director of Dolmea Real Estate. Ms. Palladitcheff joined Icade in 2007 as a member of the Executive Committee in charge of Finance, Legal Affairs and Information Technology. In 2010, she also assumed responsibility for the Property Services division. In February 2015, she was appointed Acting CEO of Icade with responsibility for Finance, Legal Affairs and Information Technology.

Orvana Minerals Corp. (TSX: ORV) announced the appointment of Jeffrey A. Hillis as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Hillis takes over the position from Daniella Dimitrov, who was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on March 30, 2015. Most recently he was the CFO of Potash Ridge Corporation, and before that, was CFO of Iberian Minerals Corporation and Excellon Resources Inc. Mr. Hillis was also the Zinc Business Unit Group Controller for Xstrata Zinc Canada.

Golden Band Resources Inc. (TSX-V: GBN) announced the appointment of Eugene Beukman as its new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) to replace James Dales who was acting as interim CFO. Mr. Eugene Beukman has been a corporate consultant to public companies in Canada since January 1994. He is a director and/or officer of several reporting companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and CNSX and is the President/Owner of Pender Street Corporate Consulting Ltd.

Potash Ridge Corporation (TSX: PRK) announced the appointment of Ross Phillips as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Phillips takes over following the departure of Jeffrey Hillis, effective April 17, 2015. Mr. Phillips joined Potash Ridge in 2011 and most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Phillips was Senior Manager, Financial Analytics and later Director of Business Development at Capital Power Corporation. Prior to that time, from 2003 to 2009, Mr. Phillips held various senior roles, including Chief Internal Auditor, at Sherritt International Corporation. Prior to joining Sherritt Mr. Phillips was controller of a diversified oilfield service company in Alberta.

Argent Energy Trust (TSX: AET.UN) announced that Sean Bovingdon will assume the office of President in addition to his current role as Argent’s Chief Financial Officer.

Loyalist Group Limited (TSX-V: LOY) announced the appointment of Shawn Klerer as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. His experience includes Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Mash Media Solutions Inc., SVP & Chief Financial Officer of Purolator Courier Limited and Chief Financial Officer of American Express Canada Inc.
